には前記前弁部を開状態に維持し且つ前記後弁部
を閉状態に維持するように前記ピストン弁体に作
用するばね２２を設け、機関始動時には前記ピス
トン弁体を前記ばねの作用に抗して移動させて前
記前弁部及び後弁部の両方を開状態にして前記シ
リンダ室を前記筒状室と外部へ連通し、機関正常
運転時には前記ピストン弁体を前記ばねの作用に
抗して更に移動させて前記前弁部を前記前弁座開
口に圧着させて閉状態にすることを特徴とする内
