ラツプ定盤の周囲に設けられた固定テーブルと、
前記固定テーブルに一端が固定されていて前記ラ
ツプ定盤によつて被研磨されるワークをラツプ定
盤の所定位置において回動自在に保持する支持部
材と、前記ラツプ定盤に比し高速で回転すると共
に上下に移動自在なホイールに設けられ前記ラツ
プ定盤に対向し且つホイールの下方移動によつて
ラツプ定盤に対する切込み速度や切込み量が決定
