ブロワー圧縮機に対してその上流側と下流側とを
繋ぐバイパス通路を設け、該バイパス通路中に、
前記ブロワー圧縮機より下流側の過給圧が高くな
ると当該過給圧によつて弁体がばねに抗して開く
ようにしたブローオフ弁を設けて成る排気ターボ
過給式内燃機関において、前記ブローオフ弁にお
ける弁体には、弁座に対するシール部分の外側に
押上げ用の大径部を設け、この弁体を、ダイヤフ
ラムケース内を第1のダイヤフラム室と第2のダ
イヤフラム室とに区成したダイヤフラムに連結し
、前記第1のダイヤフラム室に、前記ブロワー圧
縮機より下流側の過給圧を、当該過給圧によつて
ブローオフ弁の弁体が開くように過給圧導入通路
を介して導入し、第2のダイヤフラム室をエアク
リーナにおけるダストサイド室又は大気に連通す
る一方、前記過給圧導入通路には、エアクリーナ
のクリーンサイド室又はブロワー圧縮機の吸入通
路への連通路を接続し、該連通路の前記過給圧導
入通路への接続部には、車両の車速センサーに関
連して車速が所定以下のとき過給圧導入通路を遮
