Conventionally, a belt-shaped sheet body made of leather, artificial leather, vinyl, etc. to be processed is fed intermittently, and a large number of punching blades in one row or in complex rows are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the belt-shaped sheet body. A punching method in which a large number of holes are punched in a belt-shaped sheet body using the punching knife is a rectangular plate that comes into contact with the back side of the sheet body and interlocks with the sheet body as a board member that receives the punching knife during punching. Since a shaped receiving plate was used, once the sheet body on the receiving plate had been punched, the receiving plate had to be returned to its original position to continue punching, which was time-consuming and poor work efficiency. Moreover, the punching knife may be located at the same position as the previous punching mark on the band-shaped sheet body provided on the receiving plate.
Moreover, the belt-shaped sheet body was distorted during drilling, and holes could not be beautifully drilled.

The object of the present invention is to solve these conventional problems and provide a punching method that can punch a large number of holes in a belt-shaped sheet body in a short time and also allows the chain holes to be beautifully formed. The present invention is characterized by disposing a large number of punching blades in one row or in complex rows in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the belt-shaped sheet while intermittently feeding the belt-shaped sheet to be processed. In a punching method in which a large number of holes are punched in a belt-shaped sheet body using the punching blade, a receiving tape is used as a board member that comes into contact with the back side of the belt-shaped sheet body and receives the punching blade during the punching process. However, the receiving tape is intermittently fed in a direction displaced by a minute angle with respect to the direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the belt-shaped sheet body.

以下、実施例に示す図面に基づいて本発明を詳説する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on drawings shown in examples.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a belt-shaped sheet body made of leather, artificial leather, vinyl, etc. to be processed, and is rolled over a hard receiving flat member 2 such as an iron plate using a roll (not shown) or the like as indicated by the arrow A. Feed is given intermittently in the direction. Reference numeral 3 denotes a punching member that can approach and separate from the belt-shaped sheet body 1, and a cylindrical punching blade 6 whose tip opening edge 5 is a blade is attached to the bottom portion 4 of the punching member 3. 1
There are a plurality of them arranged in a row at equal intervals in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the machine. Reference numeral 7 denotes a receiving tape serving as a board member for receiving the punching cutter 6, and between it and the flat member 2 of the strip-shaped sheet body 1, there is a small angle θ with respect to a direction orthogonal to the feeding direction of the strip-shaped sheet body 1. It is displaced and interposed, and fed intermittently in the direction of arrow B, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the receiving tape 7, using a roll or the like (not shown).

Next, when the belt-shaped sheet body 1 moves by a predetermined distance X in the direction of arrow A and is locked, and the receiving tape 7 moves by a predetermined distance Y in the direction of arrow B and stops, the punching member 3 moves in the direction of arrow C. is activated, and as shown in FIG. 4, the opening edge 5 of the punching blade 6 slightly protrudes into the surface of the receiving tape 7 to completely punch the hole, and then the punching blade 6 is punched from the band-shaped sheet body 1 in the direction of the arrow. If the leading end opening edge 5 is spaced apart, a large number of holes 8 can be formed in the belt-like sheet body 1 in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the belt-like sheet body 1, as shown in FIG. .

By repeating the above steps, as shown in FIG. 6, a large number of holes 8 can be sequentially bored in the belt-like sheet body 1 at predetermined intervals X, and furthermore, as shown in FIG. As shown, the punching marks 9 made by the punching blades 6 are sequentially left as if they were moved in parallel by a predetermined distance Y in the opposite direction to the feeding direction of the receiving tape 7.

The minute angle θ is determined by the dimension E between both ends of the punching cutter 6 and the width G of the receiving tape 7. Specifically, the angle is such that both ends of the punch marks 9 of the receiving tape 7 provided by the punching blades 6 fall within the width G of the receiving tape 7.

Further, the predetermined feed dimension Y of the receiving tape 7 is determined by the minute angle θ and the outer diameter dimension Z of the punching cutter 6 . . . , so that the next punching mark 9 . This is the shortest dimension that does not overlap with the drilling trace 9.

The present invention is constructed as described in detail above, and has effectively achieved its intended purpose. In particular, the receiving tape 7 is used as a set plate member that comes into contact with the back side of the belt-shaped sheet body 1 and receives the punching blade 6 during the above-mentioned drilling, and the In the direction of displacement by angle θ,
By feeding the receiving tape 7 intermittently, there is no need to temporarily stop the punching process and return the boat board member to its original position, and the working time is shortened. Furthermore, since the perforation marks 9 are placed close to the receiving tape 7 without overlapping, the receiving tape 7 can be used without any waste, reducing costs.
... can be drilled. Further, the width of the receiving tape 7 may be small, and it may be disposable.
