を任意に設定できる折返し回路を設けることによ
りあらかじめ定められた音声を音声応答装置から
送出し、折返し回路を介して受信させることによ
り認識装置で認識し、該制御装置で結果を判定さ
せることにより音声応答装置と音声認識装置の正
常性を自動的に診断する音声応答認識システム診
