Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は音声レコードやビデオデイスク等の円
盤状記録媒体(以下デイスクと呼ぶ)の成形装置
に関するもので、デイスク成形時に、成形された
デイスクの中心孔部に残る不要残留樹脂とデイス
クとを同時に取り出すよう構成したものである。
デイスクの成形時にデイスクの中心孔部に残る不
要残留樹脂は一部硬化されているため、次のデイ
スク成形に先立つて、この不要残留樹脂を取り除
くことが必要である。また、当然のことながら成
形されたデイスクもデイスクの記録面に触れない
ように取出す必要がある。

様に、両金型間隔が開いた状態で、デイスク取出
しアーム12が両金型間に入つている位置と、第
3図Aのデイスク材料供給位置と、第3図Bに示
される両金型が圧接された型締位置の三位置に制
御される。当然、第3図B時には、デイスク取出
しアーム12は旋回および上下駆動機構26の駆
動で金型間の外部に位置している。フロー押え機
構21,21′は下金型2の外周部なる位置で可
動盤上に取付られて、本機構21,21′にエア
ー等を供給する事でフロー押え先端が下金型2面
のスタンパー3の外周部を押える位置と第3図F
の様上方位置の二位置に動く。シリンダー18
