Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 移動方向と直交する方向にＮ，Ｓ極の磁極面を
もつ移動磁石と、 前記移動磁石の移動範囲において所定のギヤツ
プを介して前記移動磁石の磁極面と夫々対向すべ
く、前記移動方向に沿つて互いに平行に配置され
ると共に、駆動コイルが巻装された軟質磁性体の
一対のヨーク部と、 前記一対のヨーク部と共に固定磁路を形成すべ
くその両端部間に夫々配置されると共に、前記移
動磁石とは逆の磁化方向をもつよう夫々予め磁化
された硬質磁性体の磁石部とからなり、 前記駆動コイルへの通電により前記移動磁石に
移動力を与えることを特徴とするリニアモータ。
