If the temperature of the cooled air sucked out is high, it is
It is conceivable to guide some of the cooling air by Cooling sucked out against it
If the air does not reach the temperature required to heat the combustion air, it must be sucked before entering the recuperator.
Preheat the cooled air.
The heat negative content of the cooling air remaining after heating the combustion air in the recuperation chamber is
This air can be used as burning air, but this air is used for drying the material to be charged into the blast furnace.
It is advantageous to use it as a vessel.
The device according to the invention has the following features. i.e. through the ring conduit
The cooling air sucked out from the blast furnace is supplied and the combustion air supplied to the burner is added.
A recuperation chamber for heating is provided. Part of the cooling air is bypassed in the recuperation chamber.
It is advantageous if a bypass conduit is provided which allows the ring conduit and the recuperation chamber to
There should be a cyclone placed in between.
1! J. Install an air preheater to further heat the cooling air supplied to the heat chamber.
You can leave it.
Further features and advantages of the invention will be apparent from the description that follows and are not carried out herein.
An example will be explained in detail with the help of a simple drawing consisting of one figure.
The material to be burned and sintered, supplied from the processing section in the form of wet pellets, is
Chute drying without air entrainment through gate 1 by packet elevator
loaded into a container. The beret moves through the drying chute and emerges from the lower end.
It is inserted into the packet elevator 5 via the port 3 and the filter 4, and is inserted into the gate of the blast furnace 6.
is supplied to port 12.
The cooling exhaust gas ■2 supplied through the recuperation chamber 7 of the blast furnace 6 is supplied by the ventilation fan 8.
After mixing the dry fresh air, it is cooled to an acceptable drying inlet temperature.
, is supplied into the chute dryer 2 as dry air V7.
purified by a cyclone 10 connected upstream via a section 9 and an exhaust draft
7 packets sent to the chimney by 11 through gate 12 by elevator 5.
The dry fragmented material introduced into the blast furnace 6 for combustion and sintering is first preprocessed.
Thermal zone 13 is reached, where this material flows back and is blown by the exhaust gases of the sintering zone 14.
and heated to sintering temperature. The material then moves through the sintering zone,
The connecting area has a plurality of planes arranged above and below, each having a plurality of burners 16.

It is conveyed via the pedestal 17 to the storage below. From this storage
The pellet is withdrawn without entraining air through the gate 18.
The cooling air pushed into the furnace from the outlet area by one capsule blower ■1 is
flows through the cooling zone 15 and mostly at the upper end of the cooling zone 15 around the blast furnace.
It flows out through a plurality of openings 20 in the surface and is dispensed in a ring conduit 21.
The cooled exhaust gas v2 from the ring conduit 21 is first sent to the air preheater 22 and then to the

Another part of 2 can bypass the recuperation chamber 7 via the bypass 24 and pass through the recuperation chamber.
A portion of the cooled exhaust gas v2 guided through the bypass 24 is
Part #1 air ■ Part 2 - recombined with quantity and optionally dry fresh air
■After mixing with 6, it is used as dry air V7.
The preheating area 13 of the blast furnace 6 is divided into a lower preheating area and an upper part by an opening on the furnace circumferential surface.
The side is divided into preheating areas. The entire amount of exhaust gas flows into the lower preheating area.
, and only a part of the exhaust gas flows into the upper preheating area, and another part of the exhaust gas flows into the upper preheating area.
The gas quantity flows out at high temperature through the opening into the ring conduit 26 and subsequently from the top of the furnace.
It is mixed with the exhaust gas coming out from the exhaust gas. The total amount of exhaust gas is removed from dust by 4 ventilators 11.
It is inhaled into the removal part 9.
Therefore, according to the present invention, part of the heat quantity of the cooled exhaust gas (2) is converted into combustion air (3) in the recuperation chamber.
By discharging it, the heat content of this cooling exhaust gas (2) can be utilized.
