冷却塔の受水槽を構成する複数の底板の端部にフランジ
を貯水方向に立設し、隣接する両フランジ間にパッキン
グ材を介装して接合すると共に、一方のフランジ先端に
他方のフランジロ縁を覆う７リブを延設したことを特
