First, regardless of the pen nib mounting structure, the ink stored in the barrel (most well-known products have an ink absorber impregnated with ink and stored in the barrel) is consumed. Before long, the thin nib of the pen wears out, making it difficult to use, and the entire pen has to be thrown away, even though it doesn't last long.As a result, resource and energy conservation is being strongly promoted. Nowadays, this is a significant disadvantage. (When the applicant conducted an experiment on the ink consumption using the above-mentioned well-known product, it was found that after writing for 1000 meters with a fine nib of 0.8m/m diameter, the nib wore out, but the ink consumption was only 35%. (It was found that a considerable amount of ink remained at the front and back.) Secondly, products in which the pen tip is fixed to a thin tube and the thin tube is fixed to a holder are widely known; When constructing a pen, a major problem is the means of fixing the pen tip to the thin tube. For example, it is well known that a part of the thin tube is caulked to fix the pen tip, but due to the caulking structure, a part of the pen tip deforms and the internal ink passage becomes narrow.
This can cause blockages and obstruct the smooth flow of ink. In addition to this structure, a structure in which the entire circumference of the thin tube into which the pen tip is inserted is narrowed down to a small diameter, the pen tip bites into the entire circumference of the pen tip, and the pen tip is fixed to the thin tube has also been proposed and is well known. However, even with this configuration, the pen tip deforms and narrows or blocks the internal ink passage, impeding the smooth flow of ink and causing ink to run out when writing quickly or continuously. In addition, there is a risk that the peripheral wall of the pen tip may be destroyed during the process of narrowing the pen tip to a small diameter, and this process requires considerable skill.

The present invention was developed by focusing on the well-known products mentioned above, and the holder, pen nib mounting capillary tube, etc. do not have any installation processing that would impede the flow of ink, and the pen nib can be used alone or has a pen nib. Equipped with a press-fitting tool that allows the pen tip attachment tube to be inserted and removed from the holder.
It is characterized by a structure that allows the user to easily replace the pen nib alone or the pen nib mounting capillary tube with a pen nib with a new one at any time as necessary, thus eliminating the disadvantages of the well-known products, and
Our aim is to provide useful writing instruments that are responsive to the era of resource and energy conservation.

Some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The first embodiment shown in FIG.
This shows an example in which the disassembly mode of the pen nib 3 or the pen nib attachment capillary tube 4 is different from that of the pen nib 3 and the capillary tube 4'.
is press-fitted into the pen nib mounting capillary tube 4,
This is an example in which the thin tube 4 is press-fitted into the insertion hole 2' of the holder 2 to constitute a writing instrument. Therefore, when using this configuration, the pen tip 3 as shown in FIG.
and the pen nib attachment capillary tube 4 can both be pulled out from the holder 2 and disassembled into the pen nib 3 and the capillary tube 4', and one or both of the pen nib 3 or the capillary tube 4' can be replaced as necessary. . According to this first embodiment, if you want to replace only the pen nib 3, the outer diameter, material, and structure are the same as the used nib, or the outer diameter is the same as the used nib and the material and structure are the same. A new pen nib with a different structure is press-fitted into the thin tube 4' in use to form the pen-nib attachment thin tube 4, and this thin tube is press-fitted into the insertion hole 2' of the holder 2 to use the writing instrument again. Configurable effect, capillary 4' as required
At the same time, the ink can be replaced with a new one with the same outer diameter, and these replacements have the effect of consuming the ink to the end without wasting it.Since the pen tip does not have a structure that obstructs the flow of ink, the ink flows smoothly.
The pen nib 3 is attached to the capillary tube 4' to form the pen tip attachment capillary tube 4, since it does not cause ink to run out during fast writing or continuous writing, and no special installation processing is applied to the pen tip, capillary tube, holder, etc. This has the effect of not producing defective products during processing.

FIG. 1b shows a writing instrument in which the pen nib 3 is press-fitted into a thin tube 4' in advance to form a pen tip attachment thin tube 4, and the thin tube 4 is press-fitted into the insertion hole 2' of the holder 2. This is an example of configuring . Therefore, with this configuration, the pen tip attachment capillary tube 4 having the pen tip 3 can be pulled out from the holder 2 and replaced.
The means for fixing the pen nib 3 to the capillary tube 4' may be any suitable means that does not impede the flow of ink (for example, a structure already proposed by the applicant, in which the pen nib 3 is fixed at one or both ends of the capillary tube 4'). Configuration that holds the pen tip 3
The pen nib 3 is fixed to the thin tube 4' using an inert thin tube 4' and an active solvent. This configuration has the effect that it can be replaced with a new pen nib attachment capillary tube 4 to which a new pen nib 3 having the same or different outer diameter, material, structure, etc. as the used pen nib is fixed. The outer diameter of this new pen tip attachment capillary tube 4 is the same as that of the used one. In addition to the above effects,
This has the effect of not wasting ink consumption, and the ink flows smoothly and does not cause ink to run out during rapid writing or continuous writing.
