Forms a large wetted area. At the same time, the silane gas sucked in by the negative pressure generated by the rotation of the impeller passes through the cylindrical filter and is cleaned by coming into contact with the cleaning water through the wide wet contact surface. Even if 5i02 powder is generated, it is washed away by water droplets.

Furthermore, when the cylindrical filter becomes clogged, the pressure on the inlet side of the gas introduction pipe increases, and the pressure detection device detects this. Furthermore, when the supply amount of cleaning water falls to the lower limit, the flow rate detection device detects this. In such a case, the rotation of the impeller is stopped automatically or manually by an alarm, and the opening/closing device is opened to release the silane gas from the gas bypass pipe.

Since fresh cleaning water is constantly supplied to the cylindrical filter without circulation, the silane gas and cleaning water react efficiently. Therefore, the amount of water used for treatment is significantly less than with traditional scrubbers, for example! /10 is enough.
