電気回路のブロック図、第３図は釜曲線及び天秤曲線と
繰出し制限体及び糸把持器との関係を示した説明図であ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主軸に連動する針及び釜並びに天秤の協働により上糸と
    下糸を交絡するミシンにおいて、主軸に連動する送り歯
    のベッド上面に沿う平行移動距離に対応した送りピッチ
    信号を発生する布送りピッチ検出器１９と、 被縫物による布押え足のベッド上面からの浮上距離を検
    出しその距離に対応した布厚信号を発生する布厚検出器
    ２４と、 天秤及び上糸供給源間の上糸経路上に配置し上糸供給源
    から天秤への繰出しを許容及び阻止するように上糸に作
    用可能とした繰出し制限体１１と、 針及び天秤間の上糸経路上に配置し上糸の通過を許容及
    び阻止するよう上糸に作用可能とした糸把持器１４と、 上糸の供給源から天秤への繰出しに関連して回動可能に
    天秤と上糸供給源間の上糸経路上に配置した回動体１０
    及び回動体の回動を検出し回動体の回動に関連してその
    特定角回動毎に糸信号を発生する検出器２１からなる繰
    出し検出器９と、糸信号を計数しその計数値に対応する
    信号を出力するカウン５ター２３と、 ミシンの主軸回転角度位置を検出し釜曲線上における上
    糸ループの釜から糸抜け信号を発生する釜位置検出器２
    ２と、 送りピッチ信号及び布厚信号に基いて布巾で上下糸を交
    絡させるのに必要な上糸繰出し量を算出し且つその算出
    結果を数値化した情報として記憶する記憶手段２３と、 カウンターの計数値と記憶手段の記憶情報とを比較し両
    数値の一致に関連して停止信号を発生する比較器２ｊと
    、 繰出し制限体をして糸抜け信号に関連し、上糸ループの
    釜抜け時から上糸と下糸との交絡点が天秤により布下面
    に接する位置に引上げられるまでの間に供給源から天秤
    への上糸の繰出しを許容し始め、比較器の停止信号に関
    連して上糸の繰出しを阻止すると共に、糸把持器をして
    縫目が下吊状態になってから繰出し制限体が上糸の繰出
    しを許容している間上糸の通過を阻止する制御回路２３
    、とを備えたミシンの上糸供給装置。
