【考案の詳細な説明】 サンドミル等の竪型分散撹拌機は、第1図に示
すように分散撹拌槽1内にデイスク2を備えた回
転軸3を設け、投入口からビーズ、鋼球などの分
散媒体を槽内に投入し、別のところから槽内に投
入した被処理物とともに槽内において撹拌し、分
散撹拌された被処理物をギヤツプセパレーター4
で分散媒体と分離して製品化された被処理物のみ
を排出口5から機外に排出するようにしたもの
で、塗料や顔料、染料その他薬品や食品工業に広
く応用されている。
