Conventionally, equipment installed outdoors has the risk of becoming abnormally hot when exposed to direct sunlight, etc.
It was thought that the electrical equipment 1, which was hidden inside the aircraft, would suffer thermal deterioration and malfunction. Therefore, various measures have been taken to protect the electrical component 1 from abnormally high temperatures. As a solution, there is a method of providing an exhaust hole a in the exterior body 2 to improve the ventilation of the atmosphere of the electrical component 1, thereby protecting the electrical component 1 from abnormally high temperatures. However, although this method has the effect of protecting the electrical component 1 from abnormally high temperatures, it also suffers from deterioration of the electrical component 1 due to rainwater infiltration, which necessitates the need for additional countermeasures.

Structure of the invention The basic structure of the present invention to achieve the above object is as follows:
It includes an electrical component, an exterior body for encasing the electrical component and having an exhaust hole, and a synthetic resin cover provided on the inner surface of the exhaust hole of the exterior body, and the cover has a box shape with an opening on the side of the exhaust hole. It has a shape with a ventilation hole on the top and a rainwater drainage hole on the bottom.This configuration prevents equipment installed outdoors from receiving direct sunlight. Even in such cases, by ensuring good ventilation of the internal atmosphere of outdoor equipment through the exhaust holes provided in the exterior body, it is possible to protect the electrical components inside the unit from abnormally high temperatures, and also to ensure that the internal atmosphere of the outdoor equipment is well ventilated through the exhaust holes provided in the exterior body. Since the rainwater that enters can be disposed of by the cover, the problem of performance deterioration of the electrical components due to rainwater can also be solved.

14b is a drainage hole provided on the lower surface of the cover 14 to drain rainwater that has entered the cover 14;
The shape of the drain hole 14b is formed to match the outer peripheral shape of the exhaust hole 13. This allows the drain hole 14b portion to be inserted into the exhaust hole 13. 14. Even if rain springs etc. inflow violently from the exhaust hole 13, the cover 14
This is a scattering prevention lip designed to prevent it from scattering and flowing outside, and is installed in the center of the interior and on the top surface. In addition, in order to increase the effect of preventing scattering of inflow water, this anti-scattering lip 1
4c is provided with an inclination toward the drain hole 14b. Furthermore, the scattering prevention lip 14c is
It is divided into steps and can prevent rainwater from scattering without obstructing ventilation.Since the anti-scattering lip 14vi- is provided in consideration of the angle at which rainwater will scatter, the area can be minimized. The structure is designed to maximize the ventilation area in this area. Reference numeral 14d designates an exterior body abutting portion, which is provided with a V-shaped groove so that the inner surface of the exterior body 12 and the rainwater catcher cover 14 can be provided in close contact with each other. Furthermore, the bottom surface of the cover 14 is thicker than the other surface in order to ensure its strength.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, even when the outdoor equipment is exposed to direct sunlight, the atmosphere inside the outdoor equipment can be well ventilated through the exhaust holes provided in the exterior body. This makes it possible to protect the electrical components that are folded inside from abnormally high temperatures, and the rainwater that enters through the exhaust hole can be treated with the cover provided on the inner surface of the exterior body, which reduces the performance of the electrical components caused by rainwater. The problem of deterioration can also be solved.
