Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency when atmospheric temperature is reduced by a method wherein a condenser is provided with a room temperature control type auxiliary heat source heater and an atmospheric temperature control type auxiliary heat source heater, effecting stop of a compressor, in the heat pump type air-conditioning machine. CONSTITUTION:The operation of the compressor 1 and the conduction of the electric heaters 9, 10 are controlled during the operation of the air-conditioning machine based on the set value TS of room temperature in a slide switch. In this case, room heating operation is effected by the conduction of the electric heater 9, controlled by the room temperature, and the heat pump, operated by the compressor 1, when the atmospheric temperature is higher than 1.67 deg.C. When the atmospheric temperature is lower than 1.67 deg.C, the compressor 1 is stopped and the electric heaters 9, 10 are conducted to effect the room heating by only the electric heaters 9, 10. According to this constitution, the deterioration of room heating capacity of the heat pump due to the reduction of atmospheric temperature may be compensated by the electric heater and the reduction of room heating capacity may be prevented.

(b) Prior art In general, the conventional control method for air conditioners is
There was one as described in the -47291 publication. This publication states, "A heat pump refrigerant circulation circuit, an auxiliary heating device, a temperature detection device that detects at least the outdoor temperature, and a temperature detection device that detects a temperature below a set temperature to increase the amount of heat generated by the auxiliary heating device. and a control device that controls the amount of heat generated by the auxiliary heating device so as to reduce the amount of heat generated by the auxiliary heating device by detecting a temperature equal to or higher than the set temperature. Because of this, the heating operation was extremely inefficient, especially when the outside temperature was low and the heating capacity of the heat pump cycle was not fully exerted.

B) Structure of the Invention The present invention provides an air conditioner having a heat pump cycle configured by sequentially connecting a compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing device, and an evaporator in an annular manner through refrigerant piping.
An electric heater and a second electric heater are provided, and the first electric heater is energized based on the temperature in the room to be conditioned;
The electric heater is energized based on the outside air temperature, and at the same time the compressor operation is stopped when the second electric heater is energized.When the outside air temperature becomes low, the compressor operation is stopped, and the second electric heater is turned on based on the outside temperature. This allows efficient heating operation by energizing the air heater.

Furthermore, a remote control panel (c) separate from the main body of the air conditioner
If the manual switch (241) is operated from a distance, the relay (c) is energized and the light-emitting element (3) lights up at the same time as the normally open contact piece (to) is closed. When closed, the room temperature set value (T
, ) is replaced with T, = F (T, )''.In other words, the setting range of the room temperature setting value (T, ) is 16≦T,≦27''
By changing from '19≦T,≦24'', heating operation can be performed without overheating or insufficient capacity.Furthermore, by operating the changeover switch (to), the relay 2 is energized and the normally closed contact ( A) is opened and the power supply to the microprocessor (13) is cut off.When power is supplied again, a "reset and start" process is performed based on the flowchart of FIG. 4 of the microprocessor α block. That is, the microprocessor (13) is reset and the air conditioner is brought to a halt.

In addition, defrosting operation during heating operation is performed using the outdoor heat exchanger (7
) is detected by a temperature sensor, and defrosting is started when the temperature change of this outdoor heat exchanger (power) reaches a certain condition. To prevent cold air, a general method is used in which the blower αB is stopped for a certain period of time based on the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger (3).Furthermore, regarding the control of the blowers (11) and (12+), the slide switch 6 setting value or compressor (1)

(f) Effects of the Invention As described above, the control method of the present invention is effective for an air conditioner having a heat pump operation unit R configured by sequentially connecting a compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing device, and an evaporator in a ring shape with refrigerant piping. The condenser is provided with a first electric heater and a second electric heater for auxiliary heat sources, the first electric heater is energized based on the temperature inside the conditioned room, and the second electric heater is energized based on the outside temperature. At the same time, when the second electric heater is energized, the compressor operation is stopped, so when the outside temperature is high, the heat pump cycle and the first electric heater perform normal heating operation, and when the outside temperature is low, the second electric heater is turned on. By energizing the electric heater to compensate for the decrease in heating capacity of the heat pump cycle, stable heating operation can be performed regardless of fluctuations in outside temperature. Further, at this time, the compressor of the heat pump cycle whose heating effect is decreasing is stopped at the same time as the second electric heater is energized, thereby making it possible to prevent wasteful power consumption.
