BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, beer barrels such as those shown in FIG. 1 have been widely used for storing draft beer and the like. When manufacturing this, stainless steel plate is rolled and bent into a cylindrical shape.
A cylindrical main body 101 is formed by welding, and the main body 1
An end plate 10 is attached to the tip and end of 01, respectively.
2 and 102' are attached by welding, and then skirts 103 and 103' are attached by welding to cover the peripheries of these end plates 102 and 102', respectively. Skirt 103, 103'
Curled portions 103a, 103'a are usually formed at the tip of the main body 101 by curling.
There are usually two circumferential bulges in the middle of the

However, when manufacturing such a beer barrel, one welding is required when forming the main body 101.
The welding between the main body 101 and the end plates 102, 102' is 2.
Welding is required at seven locations in total, two locations between the main body 101 and the skirts 103 and 103', and two locations during skirt formation, which complicates the manufacturing process.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail using the accompanying drawings. FIG. 2 is a manufacturing process diagram for explaining the method of the present invention. 1 is a plate-like material. This has a simple plate shape as shown in FIG. 2a, and can be made of various materials such as stainless steel and plastic, but stainless steel is usually used. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2b, an embossing press 2 may be applied to a portion corresponding to a skirt to be described later, or a drain hole 3 may be formed. Note that during the embossing press, both ends of the plate-shaped material 1 are curved due to the press, so these both ends are cut and straightened. (Not shown.) Next, after bending the both ends slightly inward (after bending), the plate material 1 is rolled into a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG . form. The tip of the cylindrical body A may be curled to form a curling portion 4 at the tip as shown in FIG. The handball 6 may be stamped to form the bulge 5, or the handball 6 may be punched out as shown in FIG. 2f in order to make it easier to carry.

As shown in FIG. 2g, one of the cylindrical bodies A obtained in this way is fitted with an upper mirror plate 7 inside.
The cylindrical body A is attached by welding to form the upper body B. The upper mirror plate 7 has a mounting opening 8 for mounting a valve for pouring beer from inside the barrel. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2h, a lower end plate 9 is fitted into the other one of the cylindrical bodies A , and is attached to the cylindrical body A by welding to form the lower main body C. When fitting and installing the above-mentioned, each of the above-mentioned cylindrical bodies
