When the crossflow fan 1 is rotated with the above configuration, problems occur because vibrations occur when the crossflow fan 1 is unbalanced, and the screws 9 become loose, resulting in noise. Furthermore, since the bearing 7 has a large number of parts, there is a drawback that the cost is high.

In the figure, 10 is a casing forming the top wall and left and right side walls of the air conditioner, 11 is a front grill, and includes an inlet 12, an outlet 13, and a control unit 14.
is provided. 15 is an indoor heat exchanger, 16
17 is an outdoor heat exchanger, 17 is a partition plate that partitions the indoor side and the outdoor side within the air conditioner main body, 18 is a cross flow fan on the outdoor side, and 19 is a cross flow fan on the indoor side. Both of these cross flow fans 1
8 and 19 are both provided vertically within the air conditioner main body, and their lower ends are connected to a rotating shaft of an electric motor (not shown) provided at the bottom of the air conditioner main body. Air flows in the direction of arrow 20, and air outside the room flows in the direction of arrow 21. Reference numeral 22 is provided with a convex drawing part 23 which is fixed with screws or the like on a partition plate 17 that partitions indoor and outdoor areas with a top plate and which receives a bearing, and is centered on the central axes of the cross flow fans 18 and 19. It has a hole 24. This top plate 22 is disposed with a slight gap between it and the inner surface of the upper wall of the casing 10, and a heat insulating material 25 made of molded foamed steel or the like is interposed in the gap. 26
is a bearing bushing made of elastic material such as rubber.
A horizontal groove 27 that fits into the hole 24 is formed on the outer periphery, and a flange 28 is further formed on the outer periphery. Furthermore, a ring-shaped dustproof part 29 is integrally formed on the upper part of the bearing bushing, and there is almost no gap between the upper end part 30 of this dustproof part 29 and the inner surface of the upper wall of the casing 10, or they are in contact with each other. The heat insulating material 25 is molded to correspond to the outer shape of the bearing bushing, and the dimension c is as follows:
When the top plate 22 and the casing 10 are assembled into the main body,
The bearing bushing flange 28 is determined to be slightly pressed against the inner surface of the upper wall of the casing 10. Reference numeral 31 denotes a bearing made of resin molding or metal, and supports a shaft 32 provided at the upper end of the cross flow fan 18. The bearing 31 is a bearing bushing 26
It is supported so that it is surrounded by. The bearing bushing 26 is vertically provided with a through hole 33 for use as an escape hole for the shaft 32.

As is clear from the above structure, the bearing 31 is held by the bearing bushing 26 made of an elastic material such as rubber, and the bearing bushing 26 is attached to the top plate 23. The cross flow fan 1
Even if the air conditioner 8 is unbalanced, the vibration is absorbed by the bearing bushing 26, and the bearing bushing 26 will not easily come off even if the air conditioner main body is dropped. The bearing bushing 26 is an integrally molded product made of rubber or the like, and a vertical through hole 33 is provided for escape and molding of the shaft 32. In addition to making the gap between the top plate 22 and the inner surface of the casing 10 extremely small or making them in contact with each other, a heat insulating material 25 such as styrene foam is interposed between the top plate 22 and the inner surface of the upper wall of the casing 10 to reduce the gap. This prevents dirt from entering the bearing 31.

Furthermore, the bearing bushing 26 connects the groove 27 to the top plate 2.
It can be fixed by fitting into the hole No. 3 and pressing the bearing bushing flange 28 through the styrofoam 25 or the like, and there is no need for screwing, and the assembly work is easy. Furthermore, since the bearing bushing 26 is made of rubber or the like, the cost can be reduced compared to a metal bearing body.

As is clear from the above embodiments, the cross-flow fan mounting structure of the air conditioner according to the present invention is such that the cross-flow fan is provided in the air conditioner body in the vertical direction, and the lower end of the cross-flow fan is attached to the air conditioner body. A bearing connected to a rotating shaft of an electric motor fixed at a lower part and supporting a shaft provided at an upper end of the cross flow fan is provided at the upper part of the air conditioner main body, and the bearing is made of an elastic material such as rubber. The bearing bushing has a horizontal groove and a flange formed on its outer periphery, and this flange is pressed against a heat insulating material such as styrofoam provided between the top plate of the air conditioner and the upper wall of the casing. The bearing bushing is fixed to the top plate of the air conditioner using the grooves mentioned above. It is cheaper than a metal bearing body, and can be assembled by fixing the bearing bushing to the hole in the top plate instead of fixing it with screws. Because all you have to do is fit the grooves in the styrofoam molded product and place it on the top plate, assembly work can be reduced. Moreover, since the bearing bushing is made of elastic material, it has an excellent vibration-proofing effect. In addition, the ring-shaped dustproof part It also has various advantages, such as being able to prevent dirt from entering the bearing with a heat insulating material such as styrene foam, and preventing the bearing from coming off easily.
