Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は空気調和機の構造に関する。従来空
気調和機は第1図及び第2図に示すように組立部
品数が多く、したがつて前記部品取付のための締
付個所も多くなり、空気調和機の完成までに多く
の工数と時間を要し、かつ空気調和機自体の重量
も重くなるのが一般であつた。これを説明すれば
第1図は従来の空気調和機の説明用横断面概略
図、第2図は該空気調和機の内部構造の説明用平
面概略図であつて、同一部分は同一符号にて示し
たものである。第1図及び第2図において、1は
片吸込形送風機2のケーシングであり、一端に空
気吹出口1′を有し下面に空気吹出口を形成する
ベルマウス9ならびに送風機駆動用電動機3の駆
動軸3′をそれぞれ貫通せしめる開口1″を具えて
前記送風機2を包覆し、前記開口1″が空気調和
機収納箱Aに取付けられた遮風板6を貫通して前
記遮風板6に取付け固定されている。4は空気熱
交換器で前記ケーシング1の吹出口1′に対向し
て、空気調和機運転中前記熱交換機4内に生ずる
凝結水を受けて空気調和機外に排出するようドレ
ンパン5の上方に前記収納箱Aに取付け固定され
ている。前記ドレンパン5は皿板に形成されて前
記収納箱Aにドレンパン5の排出口5′を前記収
納箱A外に突出して取付け固定されている。なお
送風機駆動用電動機3はその支持板3″により支
持固定されベルマウス9と一体的に前記収納箱A
の所定の位置に取付固定されている。上記従来の
空気調和機の構造において送風部分を形成するケ
ーシング1、遮風板6、ベルマウス9はそれぞれ
板金製単一部品として製作され、又ドレンパン5
も断熱材付板金部品として製作されるので部品数
が多く、更にこれ等部品を集成して空気調和機を
組立てる場合の締付固定部分も部品数に応じて多
くなり、必然的に時間と労力を必要とする。この
ため空気調和機の製作費がかさむと共に完成した

されたドレンパンスクロール7で、すなわちドレ
ンパン部分7′と送風部分7″とが一体的に成型加
工されている。第4図は前記ドレンパンスクロー
ル7を空気調和機収納箱A内に組込んだ状態にお
ける空気調和機の横断面概略図であり、前記ドレ
ンパンスクロール7は前記収納箱Aのフアンデツ
キ8に載置して組込まれている。第5図は第4図
に示した構造の空気調和機の内部上面図である。
第4図、第5図において第1図、第2図と同一部
分は同一符号にて示し、2は片吸込形送風機でド
レンパンスクロール7の送風部分7″の内周壁に
包覆されている。3は前記送風機2の駆動用電動
機で支持材3″に支持されてフアンデツキ8に固
定されていて送風機駆動軸3′はドレンパンスク
ロール7の送風部分7″の下面開口7aを貫通し
て前記送風機2を駆動するよう接続されている。
前記開口7aは立上り部を形成してその内壁面は
ベルマウスを形成している。又前記ドレンパンス
クロール7の送風部分7″のドレンパン部分7′側
には空気熱交換器4に送気する未端拡大通路7b
が形成されていて第1図第2図における遮風板6
の機能を持せている。空気熱交換器4の下方には
前記ドレンパンスクロール7のドレンパン部分
