Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は小型直流モータの絶縁劣化保護装置に
関するもので、例えばプリンター等の過酷な使用
によるカーボンブラシの摩耗粉がモータ内部に充
満し、このカーボン粉によつて起こるモータの絶
縁抵抗劣化を防止しようとするものである。また
モータのブラシ摺動音が外部へ洩れることも防止

や、さらに進行すると、短絡状態になる可能性が
あつた。また、モータのランニングが進むにつ
れ、カーボンが摩耗し、整流子が荒れることによ
つて機械雑音が増加して来るという現象も見られ

明する。図において、1は金属製モータフレー
ム、2はフレーム1の内面に固着した界磁用マグ
ネツト、3は界磁用マグネツト2に対向して回転
自在に設けたアマチユア、4は遠心力ガバナスイ
ツチ、5は整流子、6はフレーム内径より外径寸
法が小さい壁状の突起部7を有する合成樹脂製の
ブラケツトで、整流子5に接触する刷子8、この
刷子8に電気的、機械的に接続した端子板9が取
付けられている。10はリング状のゴム製パツキ
ングである。以上の構成において、組立時、ブラ
ケツト6にアマチユア3を挿入し、さらにフレー
ム1を挿入してフレーム1をカシメ付けてモータ
を組むわけであるが、フレーム1を挿入する際、
ゴムパツキン10をフレーム1の内面に設けたマ
グネツト2の底部円周面とブラケツト6に設けた
突起部7の間に挾み、押え込んで、モータを構成
する。このようにすれば、モータの整流子5の付
近にはフレーム1の金属部が露出することがない
ので、カーボン粉がモータ内部に充満しても端子
