【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は小型直流モータの絶縁劣化保護装置に
関するもので、例えばプリンター等の過酷な使用
によるカーボンブラシの摩耗粉がモータ内部に充
満し、このカーボン粉によつて起こるモータの絶
縁抵抗劣化を防止しようとするものである。また
モータのブラシ摺動音が外部へ洩れることも防止
しようとするものである。

ブラケツトで、整流子5に接触する刷子8、この
刷子8に電気的、機械的に接続した端子板9が取
付けられている。10はリング状のゴム製パツキ
ングである。以上の構成において、組立時、ブラ
ケツト6にアマチユア3を挿入し、さらにフレー
ム1を挿入してフレーム1をカシメ付けてモータ
を組むわけであるが、フレーム1を挿入する際、
