の回転軸に固定したギヤ31を噛合して、ロー
タリーシリンダ30によつてギヤ29,31を
回転して回転ロツド23を回転する等の、適宜
の回転手段によつて180゜往復回転自在に設
け、上下顎板26,27を搬送中心線Lの高さ
