【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は三層形態をなすフレグランス（以下三
層フレグランスという）に係る。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a three-layer fragrance (hereinafter referred to as a three-layer fragrance).
香水、オーデコロン等の香りを主体とした芳香
化粧料、いわゆるフレグランスは各種の香料がお
りなす“香りの芸術”として極めて多くのものが
市販に供されている。これらフレグランスは一般
的に身体、衣服への塗布を目的とするものがほと
んどであるが、現在に到つてはルームフレグラン
ス（室内用香水）と通称されるゲル状香水あるい
はペンダント等のアクセサリーへの応用その他各
種の用途に使用されている。このように香りを応
用したバラエテイに富んだ製品が次第に多くなつ
ている中において、フレグランスそのものが外観
（形態）的に美感を有するものは目下のところ皆
無といつてよく、単に容器のデザインを工夫する
かフレグランス自体を着色する方法が用いられて

本発明は必須成分として液状炭化水素オイル３

ート、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル
（慣用名カルビトール）、ジエチレングリコールモ
ノメチルエーテル、ジエチルアジペート、ジプロ
ピレングリコール、トリエチルシトレート、フエ
ノキシエタノールの一種または二種以上から選択
されてなることを特徴とする三層フレグランスに
関し、静置時には美麗な三層の外観を呈し、使用
時に容器を振盪すれば良好な均一層状を有する極

の如き三層フレグランスを得ることはできないこ
とである。事実、本発明の上記香料溶剤を除く各
成分すなわち液状炭化水素オイル、低級一価脂肪
族アルコール、水、香料を混合した各種の場合を
検討したが、特に香料の活性剤的特性により、系
が乳濁あるいは油滴を生じやすく、また三層の各
分離層が不鮮明なため透明で美麗な三層状のフレ

本発明に適用される油層成分としてはアルコー

レン等の天然の他合成炭化水素が挙げられる。
（これらを１種または２種以上用いるものであ
る。）また固体状の炭化水素オイルであつても適

本発明に適用される香料溶剤としては前述され
た通りの物質であつて、これらは、本発明におい
て三層状の系を形成せしめることのできるもので

上記各必須成分は本発明三層フレグランスにお
いて所定含有量を維持すればよく製造方法は問わ

以上詳述した如く本発明に係る三層フレグラン
スは液状炭化水素オイル、水、低級一価脂肪族ア

とにより、静置時極めて美麗な外観を呈する製品
価値の頗る高められ、従来の香りだけに主眼の置
かれていたフレグランスに対し全く新しい形態の
おもしろさの付加されたものである。特に香料溶
剤としてジエチルフタレートを用いスクワラン、
水、エチルアルコールと併用すれば如何なる香料
を用いた場合でも、ジエチルフタレートの添加量
を変化させることにより、極めて容易に目的とす
る三層フレグランスを得ることが可能である。ま
た本発明三層フレグランスを製造する際これに油
溶性、水溶性色素を適宜添加することにより外観
に変化を持たせ得ることができることは言うまで
