スイツチカバー4にかけては周知の炊飯検知用熱

イツチ9sはセツト操作を受けてから最初前記熱
動スイツチ機構5が動作する前の例えば最大50
〔分〕間閉成し、次の例えば20〔分〕間開放し
て、その後に再び閉成し該閉成状態を維持する様
になつている。尚、斯様なタイマースイツチ9s
に対して、第3図中5sは前記熱動スイツチ機構
5のスイツチ本体である。

するまでの例えば20〔分〕間、内釜6b内の玄米
は加熱されずたゞ蒸らされて多くの水分が含めら
れる。そしてタイマースイツチ9sが閉成する
と、ヒータ3は再び通電されて再発熱し、これに
伴つて釜6殊に外釜6a内から水が無くなつてか
らは急激に上昇する該外釜6aの温度を検知して
動作する熱動スイツチ機構5がスイツチ本体5s
を開放させるので、ヒータ3もその通電を完全に
断たれて発熱を停止し炊飯を終了せしめる。尚、
以上に於いてのヒータ3の電力量(発熱量)の変
化を第4図bに示し、外釜6aの温度の変化を同
図cに示す。
