ドルロツドの連結構造に関する。

を嵌装し、アジヤストナツト3のボス部3aをホ
ルダー6に挿入し、その後、アジヤストナツト3
を回してロツド2、レバー5に互いに反力が生じ
ないでアジヤストナツト3がホルダー6に適正に
当接するように高さ調節して取付けるのである。
このような調整によつて始めてドアアウトサイド
ハンドル1をヒンジ点Pを中心に引上げた時に遊
びがなく、かつロツクアウトサイドレバー5が所
定ストローク押下げられてロツク機構4のロツク
解除が行われるのである。なお、図中7はドアア
ウタパネルを示す。

て、ドアアウトサイドハンドルを最大に引上げる
ことにより、クリツプ部材をホルダー部材内に進
入させて係止突条相互を係合させて調整作業を伴
うことなく適正な連結をワンタツチで行えるよう
にしたものである。

突条14を形成した樹脂製のホルダー部材13を

間隔をおいて等間隔に設けてある。一方、ホルダ
ー部材13は第4図に示すようにその上端にフラ
ンジ部15を有しており、ロツクアウトサイドレ
バー5の取付孔5aにその上方より圧入して、該
フランジ部13をレバー5に係合して固定してあ
り、また、内周には係止突条14の上方位に複数
個の僅かな突条16を軸方向に形成してある。

の係合によつてドアアウトサイドハンドルロツド
2とロツクアウトサイドレバー5とを連結する。
