通ずる排気バイパス通路と、該排気バイパス通路を開閉
する排気バイパス弁と、上記過給機を介しての吸気通路
と排気通路との連通を遮断する遮断弁と、上記ロータの
回転数に関連する信号を検出する回転数検出手段と、該
回転数検出手段の信号を受け、ロータの回転数が設定値
