Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve heat-exchanging efficiency of a fuel combustion equipment by a method wherein the space between a baffle plate with opening and its immediate above baffle plate without opening is arranged to make narrower than the space between a baffle plate without opening and its immediate above baffle plate with opening. CONSTITUTION:Flowing water into a water drum wall and burning a burner 3 in operation, combustion exhaust gas passing through the opening 6 of the baffle plate with opening 5 collides with the baffle plate without opening 7, then it flows along the lower side surface of baffle plate 7 toward outside and at a flanged portion of an outer edge 8 it causes a turbulent flow, which continuously heats up the water boiler wall 1 under flowing up-ward to collide with the second buffle plate with opening, keeping proceeding to the centre opening, thereafter, under changing the flow direction successively, it heats the water boiler wall, and finally flows out of an exhaust port 4. Since the space (a) between the buffle plate with opening and its immediate above positioned buffle without opening (a) is arranged to make narrower than the other space (b) between the baffle plate without opening and its immediate above baffle plate with opening, the exhaust gas passing through the opening of the baffle plate is forcibly changed its direction by the immediate above-baffle without opening, then it moves toward outer side to collide with the water boiler wall 1, where the heating up of water is made effectively.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the construction of a baffle plate for a combustor such as a small petroleum water heater. , Conventional configuration and its problems Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, water heaters having a paddy wall 1 are equipped with a baffle plate 5.7 inside to increase heat exchange efficiency. In order to extend the residence time of combustion exhaust gas in the flue, as shown in Fig. 1, there is a perforated baffle plate 5 with a large outer diameter and an opening 6 in the center, and a perforated baffle plate 5 with a small outer diameter and an opening 6 in the center, as shown in Fig. 1. A plurality of baffle plates 7 without holes having no opening in the center are alternately installed.

However, there is a normal baffle plate 5 with holes and a baffle plate 7 without holes.
They are installed at equal intervals, and the exhaust gas has the property of flowing along the baffle plates, so the exhaust gas flows particularly between the perforated baffle plate 5 and the non-perforated baffle plate 7 directly above it. The wall 1 was rarely touched, leading to a decrease in heat exchange efficiency.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The following describes embodiments of the present invention. In Figure 2, 1 is a water can wall that serves as a heat exchanger and a combustion chamber wall, 2 is a combustion chamber, 3 is a burner that uses oil, gas, etc., 4 is an exhaust port, and 5 is a large outer diameter. 7 is a perforated baffle plate with an opening 6 in the center, and 7 is a non-perforated baffle plate with a small outer diameter and no opening.
A plurality of baffle plates are installed alternately, and a downward flange 8 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of each baffle plate.

To explain its function in the above configuration, first, when water is poured on the wall of the water can and the burner 3 is combusted, the combustion exhaust gas heats water in the combustion chamber 2, and then passes through the opening of the perforated baffle plate 5 at the bottom stage. 6, collides with the baffle plate 7 without holes directly above it, flows to the outer periphery along the lower surface of the baffle plate 79 without holes,
The flow becomes turbulent at the flange 8 on the outer periphery, heats the water can wall 1, rises along the inner surface of the water can wall 1, collides with the second perforated baffle plate 5 directly above, and forms an opening 6 in the center. The water in the water container wall 1 is heated and discharged from the exhaust port 4 by sequentially changing the flow direction in the same manner. In the above-mentioned operation, in the present invention, the distance a between the perforated baffle plate 5 and the non-perforated baffle plate 7 directly above it is made narrower than the distance between the non-perforated baffle plate 7 and the perforated baffle plate 5 directly above it. The exhaust gas passing through the opening 6 of the perforated baffle plate 5 is immediately changed in direction by the non-perforated baffle plate immediately above, collides with the water can wall 1 toward the outer periphery, and efficiently heats the water in this part. Furthermore, since a downward flange 8 is provided on the outer peripheral edge of each baffle, the exhaust gas causes a turbulent flow phenomenon in this portion, thereby improving the heat transfer coefficient.
