Description

【図面の簡単な説明】 第１図は従来の透明電極シートを用いて製造した分散形
エレクト咀レミネッセンス素子を示す断面図、第２図は
本考案による透明電極シートの基本構造を示す断面図、
第３図は本考案にょる邊明電極シートを用いて製造した
分散形エレクトロルミネツセンス素子を示す断面図であ
る。 図中、２１は透明電極シート、２２は透明プラスチック
フイルム、２３は透明電極、２４は保護被膜である。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）透明プラスチックフィルム上に透明電極が形成さ
    れ、さらにその上に保護被膜が形成されていることを特
    徴とする透明電極シート。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前記保
    護被膜は、ｌＫＨｚにおける比誘電率が６以上モ、厚さ
    が２０μｍ以下である透明電極シート。
