【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、塗布用具、詳しくは、各種液体塗料
を塗布する塗布用具に関する。

公報に記載のものが知られている。これは、握柄
の先端部に、該握柄長さ方向に対してほぼ直交す

支承し、この可動部材の両端には前記軸芯と同心
状の回動輪体を配し、前記可動部材には、前記軸
芯の方向に長い横長でかつ先端が前記可動輪体の
周縁位置よりも外方に突出する塗装材料送出ノズ
ルを設け、このノズルに塗装材料を供給する可撓
配管を前記可動部材から連設し、前記可動部材を
握柄に対して一定の姿勢に弾性的に保持するバネ
を設けたものである。そして、輪体とバネとの動
きによりノズルを握柄の角度にほとんど関係なく
被塗装面に対して常にほぼ一定の姿勢で圧接させ
ることができるので、この装置を上から下へ動か
すとき手を上から下へ円弧運動させるだけでコテ
を平行運動させるときと同様の作用を行わせるこ
とができるものである。しかしながら、この従来
用具においては、平坦な壁面に塗布する場合には
効果があるが、曲面や凹凸のある面に塗布する場
合には、均一に塗布することは困難であつた。ま
た、輪体を一定の速度を保つて回転させていかな
いと塗布ムラが生じ、塗布ムラに対してこれを均
していく手段を持たないものであつた。更に、天
井に塗布しようとする場合等には塗布角度を一定
に保つことも困難となり、厚く塗り過ぎてしまう
と塗布材料が垂れてしまうこともあつた。

提供するにある。

以下、本考案を図示の実施例によつて説明す
る。第1図に示す本考案の塗布用具は、内容物と
して液体塗料を収容し、樹脂などのように可撓性
のある材質で形成された押出しタイプの容器本体
1の内容物流出口にキヤツプ2がねじ込み式など
により着脱可能に取り付けられている。このキヤ
ツプ2の上部には、刷毛取付部3が設けられ、こ
の上部に刷毛部4が固植されている。そして、刷
毛取付部3の前側のキヤツプ2には、容器本体の
内部と連通し、内部の液体塗料を刷毛部4に供給
するように突出した吐出口5が設けられている。
この吐出口5は、先端部が扇状に拡かると共に、
ひらべつたくスリツト状に形成されている。しか
も、第1図b、更に詳細にはその使用態様を示す
第2図より明らかなように、吐出口5の先端部
は、刷毛部4をその基端部まで被塗布面6に押し
当て塗布用具の長手方向、即ち刷毛取付部3の軸
線方向を被塗布面6に対して45度に設定した場
合、吐出口先端部が被塗布面6に当たることな
く、刷毛部4の基端部から被塗布面6に平行な面

ては、満遍なく均等に流出し、先端部の中央が多
すぎたり、両端が少ないということがない。

15′より均等に満遍なく流出され、中央が多す
ぎたり、両端が少なすぎることがない。

け根を通つて上記軸線から45゜の平面との範囲内
であつて刷毛部に接近した位置に吐出口の先端部
が位置するように配設され、吐出口の開口幅が刷
毛部の横幅よりも狭く設定されているので、塗装
時に吐出口の先端部が被塗布面に当つて邪魔とな
ることがない。また押出しタイプの容器本体を使
用しているので、どんな個所でも手軽に塗布する
ことができると共に、押出す量は必ずしも一定で
なくても良く多量に押出したならばその後を刷毛
で均すことにより均一な塗布を図ることができ
る。更に、被塗布面が曲面や凹凸面であつても吐
出口から吐出された塗料を吐出直後に刷毛で曲面
や凹凸に均していくことができる。更にまた、天
井に塗布しようとする場合に塗布角度を一定に保
つことは難しくなるがこの考案では塗布角度の影
響は受けにくいものであり、どのような角度から
塗料を供給しても刷毛が吐出された塗料を均一に
均していくことができる。特に、刷毛部は吐出口
の開口幅よりもその横幅が広く設定されているの
で、吐出口から吐出された塗料が刷毛の横幅を越
えてはみ出すようなことも少ない。さらに、押出
しタイプの容器本体内の塗料が減少あるいは空に
なつたときには、キヤツプを取外して補充が容易
