るアンカー金具に上方へ突出する結合用ボルトを植設し
、堰壁笠木と上記アンカー金具との間に介在させる接続
用金具に上記ボルトの挿通孔と直立する支柱嵌挿杆とを
設け、堰壁頂部の屋内外両側角部にそれぞれアングル材
を被装して、両アングル材の垂直片部同士を堰壁に貫通
した通しボルトとこれに螺着するナットにて引き付け固
定し、上記アンカー金具を両アングル材の水平片部間に
わって固着し、該アンカー金具に接続用金具を上記結合
用ボルトに螺合するナットにて締着固定する一方、上記
支柱嵌挿杆を支柱内に嵌合固着して手摺りを立設すると
共に、堰壁笠木を堰壁頂部に冠着したことを特徴とする
