本考案はコンクリート系パネルに取り付け金物
の取り付けのための取り付け部を設ける構造に関

ト系パネル１の中空部４にコンクリート系パネル
１の端縁から挿通し、中空部４にモルタルのよう
な固着材を充填して固定していた。そして例えば
１階の梁８の部分でコンクリート系パネル１にて
外壁を施工する場合、第４図に示すように梁８の
上に固着した土台金物６に２階のコンクリート系
パネル１の下端の下取り付け金物２a′を引つ掛
け、ボルト・ナツト等で連結するようになつてい
る。しかしかかる従来例では取り付け金物２′を
コンクリート系パネル１の端面に配置して埋設棒
３′の中空部４への固着材５の埋設だけで固着し
ているだけのため取り付け金物２′のコンクリー
ト系パネル１への固定強度が弱く、コンクリート
系パネル１を強固に接合して取り付けることがで

中空部４とを連通させるように設けた連通孔９に
細径部付めねじ具１０を挿通すると共に細径部付
めねじ具１０の細径部１１を中空部４内に位置さ
せて二股プレート３の二股部３ａに挿通し、中空
部４内にモルタルのような固着材５を充填固化さ
せたものであつて、上述のように構成することに
より従来例の欠点を解決したものである。つま
り、上記のように構成したことにより、中空部４
内の二股プレート３に細径部付めねじ具１０の細
径部１１を挿合されると共にモルタルのような固
着材５にて固着され、しかもコンクリート系パネ
ル１の端面の手前の連通孔９にて支持されて連通
孔９から露出された細径部付めねじ具１０に取り
付け金物２をねじ連結で取り付けることができる
ものであつて、従来に比べてコンクリート系パネ
ル１に強固に取り付け金物２を取り付けることが
できて強固に接合して取り付けることができるよ

ル１に固着される。取り付け金物２は本実施例の
場合断面稲妻状であり、固着片１４と引つ掛け片
１５と段部片１６とを具備している。コンクリー
ト系パネル１の片面の下部には第１図に示すよう
に引つ掛け片１５を下に向けて取り付け金物２が
配置され、固着片１４の小通孔にボルト１２を挿
通し、ボルト１２を細径部付めねじ具１０のめね
じ孔１０ａに螺合してある。コンクリート系パネ
ル１の片面の上部には引つ掛け片１５を上に向け
て取り付け金物２が配置してあり、上記と同様に
固着片１４にボルト１２を挿通してめねじ孔１０
ａに螺合してある。第３図に示すように建物躯体
の柱１８に架設した梁８の上の適所には断面略Ｌ
字状の土台金物６を載置して固定してあり、上階
のコンクリート系パネル１の下部の取り付け金物
２の引つ掛け片１５を土台金物６に引つ掛けてあ
る。このとき取り付け金物２を土台金物６に対し
てコンクリート系パネル１の幅方向にスライド自
在に取り付けることもできる。梁８の下面側には
断面逆Ｌ字状の取り付けアングル２０を固定して
あり、下階のコンクリート系パネル１の取り付け
