In the conventional activated sludge method, for example, as in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-34225 or Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-43653, when sedimentation separation is used to separate the activated sludge slurry from the treated water following the aeration tank, the activation Because the sedimentation properties of the sludge itself are not good, the water surface load of the final settling tank cannot be large, so it has been proposed to install a filling material in the settling tank that divides the cross section into smaller pieces. Carryover is likely to occur and water quality is likely to deteriorate, and if bulking occurs, the activated sludge process itself will be destroyed, the installation area of the settling tank will become larger, and a separate settling tank will be required, increasing construction costs. There was a serious drawback.

That is, the present invention will be described in detail by arranging an inclined tube module or a module 2 configured in a lattice shape with a plurality of inclined plates in the horizontal cross section of a treatment tank 1° to form a sedimentation separation section for suspended solids. In the sedimentation separation section, the inside of the tank is divided into a raw water inflow section 4 and a treated water outflow section 5 by a partition wall 20, and an algae washing member 3 consisting of a cleaning member such as a gutter-like or perforated pipe having an opening is provided. The cleaning member 3 is disposed movably along the lower part of the modière 2, and the cleaning member 3 is connected to the suction side of the pump 6 by a pipe 7, and the discharge pipe 9 of the pump 6 is connected to the inflow part which becomes an aeration part. 4 is arranged so that a part or all of the discharged water 8 is returned to the inflow part. The discharge port of the pump discharge pipe 9 may be set in the atmosphere at a position higher than the water surface A of the inflow section 4 so as to serve as an aeration section, and the pump discharge water 8 may be caused to fall to the water surface A of the inflow section for aeration. In this case, all or part of the suction water flow sucked by the cleaning member 3 can be returned to the inflow section.

On the other hand, a raw water inlet pipe 10 is attached to the raw water inlet section 4, and an aeration device (not shown) consisting of an aeration pipe is installed as necessary. In this way, both biological treatment and solid-liquid separation functions can be performed simultaneously in a single tank.

The activated sludge water introduced into the raw water inlet 4 is separated by sedimentation, and inside the treatment tank 1 there are modules 2 arranged horizontally.
Since the cleaning member 3 is movable, the cleaning member 3 is arranged above the cleaning member 3, so that troubles such as clogging, accumulation, rot, and floating scum caused by microbial slime adhering to the inside of the pipe and the plate surface can be properly resolved. The treated water can flow out of the tank from the long 21.

To explain the processing action in the case of biological treatment, raw water in the treatment tank 1 flows from the raw water inflow pipe 10 into the inflow section 4, which serves as an aeration section, and is subjected to biological treatment. The inside of the treatment tank 1 is divided into an inflow part 4 and a treated water outflow part 5 by modules 2 such as horizontal pipes, inclined pipes, horizontal plates, and inclined plates. SS such as sludge is sedimented and separated in the module 2 serving as a sedimentation separation section, and the treated water flows out from the long 21 and the overflow treated water outflow pipe 15. In this case, in module 2 of inclined tubes and horizontal tubes, since the SS to be sedimented and separated is mainly microorganisms, the horizontal tubes, inclined tubes, plates,
If only a horizontal pipe or a sloped pipe with a gentle inclination angle of 60' to 70° or less is installed, slime will adhere to it, causing clogging and significantly inhibiting the sedimentation and separation function. Here, the S sedimented and separated in the tube
Although there is a serious drawback that it is difficult to apply because S cannot be excluded, at least the inlet section 4 of module 2
A cleaning member 3 in the form of a gutter or a porous tube is disposed close to the side surface so that it can be moved by an arbitrary moving mechanism 16 along the surface of the inclined pipe or horizontal pipe module 2. has an opening at a position facing the module 2 and is connected to the suction side of the pump 6 by a pipe 7, and when the pump 6 is operated, a strong suction water flow is generated at the opening of the cleaning member 3. To properly suction and remove sludge accumulated in a module 2 of a horizontal pipe or an inclined pipe.

On the other hand, when the water discharged from the pump 6 falls into the inflow part 4 from the air, a surface aeration effect occurs and the oxygen transfer efficiency is improved, so that biological treatment can be carried out very favorably and efficiently.

As described above, the present invention provides a module in which a tubular member and a plate-like member are provided in the horizontal cross section of a treatment tank to allow activated sludge flocs to settle and separate in a short time, and into these separation promoting members. In order to prevent clogging of the SS, solid-liquid separation can be performed efficiently by moving the cleaning member and cleaning with the suction water flow or discharge water flow of the pump, and the sedimentation separation effect is greatly improved compared to the conventional method. When performing treatment, a separate final sedimentation tank is not required, and both biological treatment and solid-liquid separation functions can be performed simultaneously within the treatment tank, and efficient solid-liquid separation is possible, making it easier to install a treatment facility. The area can be drastically reduced, and the sedimentation separation effect is greatly improved, and the aeration effect improves wastewater treatment efficiency, making it suitable for large-scale treatment and economical treatment possible.
