本発明は吊具を三次元的に傾転し得るようにし
たコンテナクレーンの吊具傾転装置、特に構成簡
易化を図つたものに関する。 例えば港湾での荷の揚降に用いるコンテナクレ
ーンにおいては、船舶の傾きなどに応じて吊具を
三次元的に傾転しながら吊上げ操作する必要が生
じる場合が多い。 従来このような傾転操作用の装置は吊具の昇降
装置と別個に設けるのが一般的であつたが、部品
数が多く、配置構成も複雑であるなどの問題があ
つた。 本発明はこのような問題を解決するためになさ
れたもので、吊具の昇降と傾転とを行なうための
部品の減少及び配置構成の簡素化が図れるコンテ
ナクレーンの吊具傾転装置を提供することを目的
とする。 このような目的を達成するため、本発明は、ク
レーン桁上を移動するトロリーに吊具を支持する
ためのロープを、そのトロリーと吊具の前後、左
右の各隅をシーブを介して連結する夫々独立なも
のとし、この各ロープの一端をクレーン桁の一端
側に配置した巻上げドラムに巻装すると共に、こ
の各ロープの他端をクレーン桁の他端側でトロリ
ーと同一方向に移動し得る移動フレームに設けた
一対の傾転ドラムに対角線位置のものを1グルー
プとして、かつ各グループ内のロープの巻回方向
を互いに異ならせて夫々巻装したものである。 このようなものであると、吊具支持用のロープ
が、その吊具の昇降用及び傾転用の両操作に兼用
できると共に、傾転ドラムが少数で動作機構も簡
単となり、部品構成が極めて簡素なものになる。 以下、本発明の一実施例を図面を参照して詳細
に説明する。 クレーン桁1の一端を海A側に向け、他端側を
陸B上に支持している。このクレーン桁1上の両
端方向に移動するトロリー2に吊具3を支持する
ためのロープを、そのトロリー2と吊具3との前
後、左右の各隅をシーブを介して連結する夫々独
立な例えば上方が次第に広がる傾斜状の4種のも
の5a,5b,5c,5dとしている。そして、
各ロープ5a…の一端をクレーン桁1の一端側を
介して一対の巻上げドラム6に、シーブ7を介し

用モータ11にカツプリング12を介して連結し
た駆動軸13に、かさ歯車14,15を介して接
合した左、右一対の駆動ねじ16に係合するナツ
ト17によつて、前方(海側)及び後方(陸側)
に往復移動し得るようにしたものである。この移
動フレーム8上に前後一対の傾転ドラム9a,9
bを、軸心をフレーム移動方向と直交させて配置
している。各傾転ドラム9a,9bの軸18a,
18bの一端を減速機19a,19b付きの傾転
駆動用モータ20a,20bに電磁クラツチ21
a,21bを介して夫々連結し、また他端をブレ
ーキ装置としての減衰器22a,22bに電磁ク
ラツチ23a,23b及びデイスク24a,24
bを介して夫々連結している。なお、デイスク2
