Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily obtain a plastic hollow body with excellent external appearance and adhesive property by a method wherein a flexible leaf is installed onto the molding cavity surface consisting of minute irregularities and, after that, a plastic parison is inflated so as to form the leaf itself into the shape of minute irregularities and at the same time integrally stick the leaf to the parison by the heat of the parison. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a flexible leaf with a thickness of 0.4mm or less is installed on the molding cavity surface consisting of minute irregularities, the depth of which is 0.01-0.5mm. Secondly, a plastic parison 1 is inflated so as to scatter the gas interposing between the leaf and the parison and,at the same time, to form the leaf itself into the shape of minute irregularities and integrally stick the leaf to the parison by the heat of the parison. A tubular parison 1 is extruded from an extruder head 3. Further, the leaf 5 is temporarily attached onto the minutely irregular cavity surface 4 by being sucked through vacuum holes 6. Next, molds 2a and 2b are closed. Pressurized fluid is blown through a blow-in nozzle into the parison 1 in order to inflate the parison 1. The leaf 5 is bonded to the parison by the heat of the parison 1 when the leaf contacts with the parison 1. The leaf 5 is formed into the shape of minute irregularities by being pressed against the minute irregularity cavity surface.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and it is possible to form a plastic hollow body with excellent appearance and adhesion without intervening air bubbles between the thin piece and the outer surface of the hollow body. The object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method that can be easily obtained without using special equipment.

The above object of the present invention is to install a flexible thin piece with a thickness of 0.4 mm or less on a mold cavity surface consisting of minute irregularities with a depth of 0.01 to 0.5 mm, and then a plastic parison. This is achieved by dispersing the gas present between the flakes and the parison by expanding them, forming the flakes themselves into a slightly uneven shape, and sticking the flakes together using the heat of the parison.

Function When blow molding a hollow plastic body, the parison expands in a very short period of time, but slight changes in the temperature or wall thickness of the parison, for example, can cause a change in the expansion state of the parison, causing the separation between the flakes and the parison. However, in the present invention, even if a small amount of gas remains, the remaining gas is dispersed on the slightly uneven surface and the gas is concentrated. The bubbles that occur no longer exist. Furthermore, since the interface between the thin piece and the parison has a slightly uneven shape, the adhesive strength is also improved. In addition, in order to further prevent the generation of air bubbles, it is also possible to form small holes in the thin piece, the size of which can be pierced with a needle, to the extent that the appearance is not impaired.

In addition, in the present invention, since the thin piece itself is molded to reproduce the minute unevenness of the mold cavity surface, it must be made of a flexible material such as a plastic film, paper, or synthetic paper with a thickness of 0.4 or less. The fine irregularities on the mold cavity surface should be at a depth of 0D4rrvn or more to prevent the intervening gas from being concentrated and generated, and at a depth of 0D4rrvn or more so as not to impair the smooth appearance of the flakes. It is necessary to configure the thickness to be 5 mm or less.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention can easily integrate thin pieces into a plastic hollow body with excellent appearance and adhesive properties without the presence of air bubbles between the thin pieces and the outer surface of the hollow body without using a complicated device. A hollow plastic body can be obtained by attaching the material to the material.
