る溶剤の量を加減してインクの粘度を調整するか、ある
いは滴下するインクの量を調整する。そしてその後、室
温にて放置することで、インク中の揮発性の溶剤が蒸発
され、球状のインクが平面状となり厚膜の導通部が得ら
れる。この導通部の躾の厚さは、インクの希釈濃度を調
