[Problems to be solved by the invention] Conductive rubber has the characteristic of having an excellent lifespan, but
Since a process of punching out the conductive rubber sheet into the shape of the conductive part and a process of arranging it according to the mold during molding are required, it has the drawbacks of high cost and poor workability.

[Means for Solving the Problem] Therefore, the present invention solves the problem by dropping conductive ink diluted with a solvent into a liquid state onto the conductive part of the contact rubber, and then allowing the solvent to evaporate and solidify. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a contact rubber having a conductive part with low resistance and long life.

This diluted ink with low viscosity is applied to the tip of the iron, or it is dripped onto the contact insulating part using an injector or the like. Due to surface tension, the ink after being deposited remains in a spherical shape on the insulating contact portion where it was dropped. If the dropped ink flows down, the viscosity of the ink is adjusted by adjusting the amount of the diluting solvent, or the amount of the dropped ink is adjusted. Thereafter, by leaving the ink at room temperature, the volatile solvent in the ink is evaporated, and the spherical ink becomes planar, resulting in a thick conductive part. The thickness of this conductive portion can be precisely adjusted by adjusting the dilution concentration of the ink and changing the viscosity.

[Effect of Fe light] According to the conductive part produced by such a method, it is possible to easily produce a film thickness of 50μ or more, which was impossible with conventional printing methods, etc., and therefore, it has low resistance and durability. It is possible to create products with excellent wear resistance.

Furthermore, it is easy to manufacture, and workability costs can be significantly improved.
