Abstract

PURPOSE:To move a truck so smoothly, by making a sidewise moving attitude of the truck of a car type conveyor keepable right even on both straight and circular tracks, while coupling the truck an a driving chain together to be invariable in a horizontal position, and simplifying its coupling structure. CONSTITUTION:A truck 15 travels on a flat outer rail 18 and an inner rail 19 on tops of straight tacks 16a and 16b and a semicircular track 17 with flat rollers 20 and 21. A driving chain 22 paralleled with them is installed between these rails 18 and 19, and its attachement 23 is connected to a setting metal device 24 hangingly installed in this truck 15. This connected position should be on a base line 25. At this base line 25 and its front and rear parts, guide rollers 26, 27 and 28 adjoining to an inner surface of the inner rail 19 at these straight tracks 16a and 16b are pivotally supported on a lower surface of the truck 15 while guide rollers 29, 30 and 31 adjoining to an outer surface of the rail 19 at the semicircular track 17 are also pivotally installed, respectively. A guide plate 32 having plane sides 35a and 35b is set up in the outside of the inner rail 19 of the semicircular track 17, and a circular side 34 is formed in this guide plate 32.

5 to 7 show an example of a conventional guiding device, in which the truck 1 runs on parallel inner rails 2 and outer rails 3 by means of rollers 4.5, and the guiding device engages with the inner rails 2 in the front and rear directions. 6.6. The guide device 6 has a metal fitting 8 equipped with two guide rollers 7 that are in contact with both side surfaces of the inner rail 2, and is pivoted on the center line of the inner rail 2 so that the first part of the bogie can freely rotate horizontally. The carriage 1 is transported between the rails 2, 3 in engagement with a drive chain 9 moving parallel thereto.

This retaining structure includes rollers 4, 5 and a guide device 6,
The axis of symmetry 1 is a pin 11 that is vertically disposed on the carriage 1 on the axis of symmetry 10 of the drive chain 9.
It fits into the long hole 13 in the 0 direction. The reason why the elongated hole 13 is used is that the distance between the line 14 connecting the horizontal rotation center of the guide device 6.6 and the axotiment 12 is different between a straight track and a curved track of the rail. Such engagement between the pin 11 and the elongated hole 13 is good on a curved road because the chain 9 is guided, but on a straight road there is no guide, so the chain 9 is not guided as shown in FIG.
This is undesirable because it bends into a dogleg shape and causes the axotiment 12 to tilt, resulting in the cart not moving smoothly and slipping.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention connects a bogie on a base line perpendicular to the running direction of the bogie to a drive chain installed between two rails on which the bogie runs parallel to the rails, and attaches a base to the bogie. A first guide roller that is connected to the inner rail of the arc track on the line and at the front and rear of the running direction (in contact with the inner surface of the straight rail), and a second guide roller that is in contact with the outer surface of the inner rail on the base line and at the front and rear of the running direction. A second guide roller is pivotally supported on the outside of the inner rail, and at a connection point between an arc-shaped side surface that guides the second guide roller between the inner rail and the straight track on the entry side of the arc track. After the first guide roller at the front reaches the base line, at least until the base line is reached, the second guide roller at the front touches the first planar side surface and the straight track on the advancing side of the circular arc track. The present invention is characterized by providing a guide plate having a second planar side surface that is in contact with the second guide roller at the rear until the first guide roller at the rear reaches the base line.

On a straight track, the first guide rollers at the front and rear of the base line and the second guide rollers on the base line act to guide the bogie, and on a circular track, the first guide roller at the front moves along the circular arc. From the time the base line starts to move away from the inner rail of the track until it reaches the connection point of one of the straight track and circular track,
The guide roller is in contact with the first planar side surface and the first guide roller on the baseline
.. The truck is guided together with the second guide roller and the first guide roller at the rear. Then, the second guide roller at the front enters between the inner rail and the arcuate side surface, and the first guide roller on the base line enters the arcuate track. The carriage is guided together with the second guide roller.

The truck travels until the rear second guide roller touches the arcuate side surface, and then, when the rear second guide roller reaches the end of the arcuate side surface, the first guide roller on the base line. The second guide roller reaches the other connection point of the arcuate track and the straight track. After passing the connection point, the second guide roller at the rear comes into contact with the second planar side surface from the arcuate side surface. Thereafter, the bogie runs on a straight track, and before the second guide roller at the rear leaves the arc-shaped side surface, the first guide roller at the rear touches the inner side of the straight rail following the inner rail, and the second guide roller at the rear touches the inner side of the straight rail following the inner rail. 1
.. The truck is guided together with the second guide roller and the first guide roller at the front.

A guide plate 32 is installed on the outside of the inner rail 19 of the semicircular track 17, and the guide plate 32 has an arcuate side surface 34 that forms a guide passage 33 for the guide rollers 29 to 31 between the guide plate 32 and the inner rail 19.
At the same time, when the cart 15 linearly travels along the terminal end of the linear track 16a toward the semicircular track 17, the first planar side surface 35a that the front guide roller 30 comes into contact with and the cart 15 form a linear track. 16b, when traveling in a straight line away from the semicircular track 17, the rear guide roller 31
forms a second planar side surface 35b in contact with the second planar side surface 35b.

When the front part of the bogie I5 passes the connection point p between the straight track 16a and the semicircular track 17, the guide roller 27 separates from the inner rail 19, but before that, the guide roller 30 moves to the first plane of the guide plate 32. Further, the guide rollers 29 and 31 enter into the guide passage 33 one after another (d in the figure). In this case, the lateral position of the carriage 15 perpendicular to the running direction is determined by the guide rollers 26, 29, and the horizontal distance between this and the drive chain 22 is determined by the straight track 16.
Since the value is not different from the value at a, even if the truck 15 and the axotiment 24 of the drive chain 22 are fixed together, there is no problem in running. Therefore, the cart does not slip as in the conventional example shown in FIG.

Effects of the Invention The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and on a straight track, even without providing a guide device for the bogie, it is possible to run the bogie while correctly maintaining the running posture and lateral position perpendicular to the running direction. Since the lateral position can be maintained correctly even on the track, the bogie and drive chain can be connected without changing the lateral position, simplifying the coupling structure, and using flat rails and running rollers to reduce the cost of the bogie conveyor. It has excellent effects such as moisturizing.
