効果がある。As explained above with reference to FIG. 1, the processing method of the present invention is as follows: a perforated material 1, which is generally made of pure aluminum and whose surface has been treated with melamine resin or silicone resin, is brought into contact with a die 2, and a punch 6 is used to Ironing is performed between the inner surface 2a of the die 2 and the outer surface 6a of the punch 6. The ironing tool consisting of the die 2 and punch 3 used in the present invention is made of ceramics such as high-strength zirconia (Z r 02 ). By using this tool, the wear resistance of the die 2 and punch 6 is significantly improved, and seizure and heat generation during machining can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to extend the life of the mold and improve the accuracy of the processed product. Although the above example generally describes the processing of a material made of pure aluminum, it is possible to extend the life of the mold and improve the precision of the processed product. The present invention is also effective in this case. Depending on the cutting conditions, it is also effective to construct either the goose, the spout, or the splice from a ceramic material, and use a conventional steel tool for the front.

Seizing occurred after 00 shots, requiring tool maintenance and replacement, but with the present invention, seizing was not observed even after 4,000,000 shots. As explained above, according to the present invention, by using a ceramic tool when ironing a surface-treated metal material, the wear resistance of the tool is improved, and the occurrence of seizure and heat generation during machining can be improved. This has made it possible to improve the tool life and the precision of punched products.
