Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 点火コイルと、導通した際に前記点火コイル
の1次電流を急変させるように制御して該点火コイルの
2次コイルに点火用の高電圧を誘起させる1次電流制御
用サイリスタと、内燃機関の点火時期に前記1次電流制
御用サイリスタの制御極に点弧信号を供給する点火時期
制御回路とを備えた内燃機関用点火装置において、前記
点火時期制御回路は、内燃機関の回転に同期して該機関
の点火時期の最大進角位置及び最小進角位置でそれぞれ
スレショールドレベル以上になる第1及び第2の信号を
出力する信号コイルと、前記第1の信号により制御され
て前記最大進角位置で第1の積分コンデンサを一定の電
圧まで瞬時に充電すると共に該最犬進角位置から該第1
の積分コンデンサを一定の時定数で追加′充電する積分
動作を行なう第1の積分回路と、前記第2の信号により
制御されて各最小進角位置の直後から次の最小進角位置
まで第2の積分、コンデンサを一定の時定数で充電し該
最小進角位置で該第2の積分コンデンサを瞬時に放電さ
せる積分動作を行なう第2の積分回路と、アノードとゲ
ートとカソードとを有して該カソードが前記1次電流制
御用サイリスクの制御極に接続されたスイッチ素子とを
具備し、前記スイッチ素子はそのア/−ドカソード間電
圧がゲートカソード間電圧を超えた時に導通状態になる
素子からなり、前記スイッチ素子のアノードと前記1次
電流制御用サイリスタの陰極端子との間に前記第1の積
分コンデンサの端子電圧が印加され、前記スイッチ素子
のゲートと前記1次電流制御用サイリスタの陰極端子と
の間に前記第2の積分コンデンサの端子電圧が印加され
ていることを特徴とする内燃機関用点火装置。 (2> 前記スイッチ素子はNゲートサイリスタであ
