つた。 Cone-shaped or pot-shaped containers for packaging frozen sweets, drinking water, etc. are made of strong paper sheets with cellophane, synthetic resin film on one side, or composite paper with aluminum foil glued to the surface of the paper sheet. When using a printed sheet with polyethylene laminated on the back side, cut it appropriately, and polymerize and heat bond the edges on both sides, the polyethylene laminated side and paper sheets, cellophane, synthetic resin film, and aluminum are used. Heat bonding to so-called envelope pasting, which faces the surface of the foil, has the disadvantage that the bonding surface lacks affinity and good heat bonding is not possible, resulting in easy peeling.

Furthermore, the present invention provides a sheet having a high heat insulating effect, in which a heat insulating layer made of foamed polyethylene or the like is formed on the back side of the sheet.

エチレン層6を形成したものである。 The foam insulation sheet of this invention is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
As shown in the figure, about 10 μm thick adhesive layer 2 with a thickness of 2 to 5 μm is interposed on the surface side of the plastic sheet 1.
The surface of the aluminum foil is processed to reflect or diffuse light to improve its appearance, and foil ink is applied to predetermined locations on the aluminum foil layer. A printed layer 4 is provided with an appropriate pattern or indication by printing,
An anchor coat layer 5 for promoting thermal adhesion made of polyethylene, polyimide, polyethylene deformed resin, etc. using a transparent thermal adhesion promoter is coated on the aluminum foil and the printed layer to improve affinity (thermal adhesion) with polyethylene and polyurethane. A closed-cell foamed polyethylene layer 6 is formed on the back side of the plastic sheet 1 described above.

If b is polymerized to a certain dimension, the surface of the anchor coat layer 5 and the surface of the foamed polyethylene layer 6 or the polycoat layer 7 will come into contact, and if this portion is heated and pressurized, the anchor coat layer 5 will have good affinity with the foamed polyethylene layer 6.
The foamed polyethylene layer is thermally bonded, and the foamed polyethylene layer is further compressed by heating and pressurization. Even when pasted onto an envelope, there is no step corresponding to the thickness of the sheet, allowing for smart lamination. When used as a container, the foamed polyethylene layer Even if something like boiling water is poured into the container for its insulation effect, there is little heat transfer, and conversely, there is no risk that the warmth of the hands of the container will be added to the frozen fruits inside the container and cause them to disintegrate quickly.

の効果を有する。 As mentioned above, this idea involves bonding a facing material to the front side of a plastic sheet, printing on that surface, forming a thermal adhesion promoting anchor coating layer, and forming a heat insulating layer made of foamed polyethylene etc. on the back side. When forming containers, etc., the foamed polyethylene layer and the anchor coat layer can be placed facing each other and attached to an envelope by applying heat and pressure, so it can be used for containers of all shapes, and can form a heat insulating layer. Because of this, there is less heat conduction, the anchor coat layer provides a glossy effect, and the covering material provides gas-tightness.
