DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial application] The present invention relates to a multi-layered postcard in which a recording surface of a postcard is concealed and a recording area can be made wider than ever before in a postcard.

[Prior Art] In recent years, printed materials for advertising and public notice are often mailed from distribution agencies to customers, and the burden of the postage is great. The postage is cheaper for postcards than for envelopes, and from this point, for example, advertising, advertising, or private information is printed on the entire surface of a folded postcard, and the recording surfaces are pseudo-bonded to form a multi-layered recording surface. A postcard has been proposed that is configured to be hidden.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, the currently proposed multi-layered postcards are formed by applying a weak adhesive adhesive 53 between the recording surfaces 52 and 53 of the two postcards 50 and 51. There is something.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a transparent polyethylene film 61 is laminated on a transparent polyester film substrate 60 with a weak bonding force, and adhesive layers 62 and 63 are formed on both surfaces of the transparent polyethylene film substrate 60 to form an adhesive layer 62. , 63, and a label consisting of release papers 64 and 65 attached to the 63, and remove the release paper from the recording surface of the postcard,
Lamination is performed via an adhesive layer. When the recipient pulls both ends of the multi-layered postcard in opposite directions, it peels between the polyester film substrate 60 and the polyethylene film 61 to open the folded postcard.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, if a weak adhesive agent is used to make a postcard multi-layered, the recording surface becomes sticky when the pseudo-adhesive surface is peeled off, which makes the recipient uncomfortable. I will end up. Moreover, since re-adhesion is possible, it is not preferable in terms of private protection of the recording surface.

In addition, using a label that uses pseudo-adhesion between a polyethylene resin layer and a polyester resin layer makes it difficult to align the recording surface of the postcard and the label, which makes it difficult to mechanically bond the label, and a large number of copies. Not suitable for laminating.

Therefore, a polyethylene resin layer on one side of the postcard recording surface,
It is possible to directly bond a polyester resin layer to the other recording surface via an adhesive and to pseudo-adhere between different resins, but forming a different resin layer on the recording surface not only complicates the manufacturing process. Since the manufacturing cost is high, there is little merit in mailing advertisements and advertising information with a postcard in multiple layers.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As described above, the present invention does not make the recording surface sticky even if the pseudo-bonding surface of the recording surface is peeled off, re-adhesion is impossible, and the manufacturing method is relatively simple. Therefore, the present invention provides a multi-layered postcard with a low manufacturing cost, and for that purpose, the present invention provides a postcard mount having two or more folds and a pattern printed on the postcard mount. The recording surface of the characters,
A postcard mount, which is composed of a polyvinyl chloride resin layer formed on the recording surface and is folded and folded at the folding portion with the recording surface inside, is pseudo-adhered between the polyvinyl chloride resin layers, and the recording is performed. We propose a multi-layered postcard that is characterized by hiding the face.

[Operation] The present invention utilizes polyvinyl chloride resin for the resin layer for pseudo-adhesion of the recording surface. Originally, the polyvinyl chloride resin layers are heat-sealed when heated and pressed, and it is difficult to remove them again, which is not suitable for multi-layering of postcards that require pseudo-adhesion. The authors have found conditions that enable pseudo-adhesion between layers of polyvinyl chloride resin, and have made it possible to apply to multiple layers of postcards.

The difference between the heat fusion between the polyvinyl chloride resin layers and the pseudo adhesion is that the heat fusion is the bonding of the entire surfaces of the layers, and the pseudo adhesion is considered to be the point bonding due to the unevenness of the rough surface of the polyvinyl chloride resin layer. Since it is considered that the rough surface of the polyvinyl chloride resin layer prospersed the unevenness of the paper surface of the postcard mount, the thickness of the resin layer also affects the pseudo adhesion.

Further, the polyvinyl chloride resin is cheaper than other resins, and it is difficult to re-adhere once the pseudo adhesion between layers is peeled off. Further, the present inventor has found that the use of polyvinyl chloride resin for the multi-layered postcard simplifies the manufacturing method.

Next, a method for manufacturing a multi-layered postcard according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 (A) to 3 (C). Reference numeral 30 in FIG. 3 (A) is a postcard base paper on which multiple postcard mounts are attached. In FIG. 3 (B), a postcard-sized design, characters, and the like are printed on the postcard base paper 30 in a multifaceted manner. Then on the printed surface
A transparent polyvinyl chloride resin film with a thickness of 15 to 30 um is attached via an adhesive. The postcard mount formed on the postcard base paper in FIG. 3 (A) is a two-fold postcard, and is folded at the folding portions 33 and 34 of the postcard mount in FIG. 3 (B) to form a valley fold in FIG. 3 (C). Obtain a postcard stencil that is overlaid like a paper. Both sides of the postcard base paper are heated and pressed by the heating and pressing roller device shown in FIG. Reference numeral 40 denotes a silicon heater roll, which pushes out the postcard base paper 30 by the upper and lower rollers. The extrusion speed is 1.5 to 2.0 m / min, the roller pressure is 8 kg / cm 2 , and the heating temperature is about 150 to 160 degrees.

In the present invention, polyvinyl chloride resin is used for multiple layers of postcards, but normally, when heat and pressure are applied between the layers of polyvinyl chloride resin, it is difficult to re-separate and it is difficult to peel again. Although not suitable for layering, the adhesion between the polyvinyl chloride resin layers obtained under the conditions of resin thickness, roller pressure, roller speed, and heating temperature as described above shows the unevenness of the resin layer surface as shown in Fig. 70. It is impossible to reproduce the pseudo-bonding by the point bonding due to the above, and the pseudo-bonding having the same peelability once peeled.

Pseudo-adhesive multi-layered postcards have adhesive strength that does not peel off in normal handling, and when peeling off postcards received by the recipient, it is normal to remove both sides of the postcard mount from the corners shown in FIG. Peel in the opposite direction. For this reason, tensile stress partially concentrates on the adhesive surface, so that the adhesive surface can be easily peeled off.

In addition, a heat-sensitive adhesive is applied to the corners shown in FIG. 1 and adhered so as not to peel again, and when peeling the adhesive surface, the broken line of the corner 13 is cut with scissors or the like to peel off the polyvinyl chloride resin layer. If devised in this way, it is possible to further prevent erroneous peeling during handling.
