Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably the generation of a jam, and to execute exactly recording of plural times to a recording material by providing a carrying path for discharging directly the recording material which has been fixed, and a carrying path which contact the outside wall of a device, and air-cools the recording material and discharges vapor by its opening part. CONSTITUTION:In case of one-face copying, a recording material is discharged to the outside from a carrying path 111 by positioning a switching means 17 in the lower direction, and in case of both-face copying, the recording material is led into a carrying path 20 between path walls 112, 113 by switching the switching material 17 in the upper direction. The carrying path 20 is in parallel to a facing cover 14, vapor generated in the path is diffused from its notch openings (b), (c), and the recording material is air-cooled. Also, its effect is raised by providing openings (a), (d) and (e) on each path eall, too. Accordingly, the generation of a jam is reduced remarkably, and recording of plural times to the recording material can be executed exactly.

線を中心に実長穴形状をしており、プラスとマイナスの
変化する中心はほぼ紙幅中心に設けられている。さらに
、θの値は00〜30°の間であれば任意の値が選べる
。但し、0°に近くなる程、紙端から離して切り欠キが
設けられるべきである。又、切り欠キ形伏は実長穴の他

Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)記録材に未定着像を定着する加熱定着器と、該加
熱定着器を通過した記録材を装置の外側へ導びく第1案
内手段と、 該加熱定着器を通過した記録材を、装置の 内側であつて装置の外壁に近接する搬送路に沿つて搬送
する第2案内手段と、を備え、該第2案内手段は、加熱
された記録材が放熱する該搬送路の所定域に装置外の大
気が流通する複数個の開口部を有し、記録材の空冷と発
生する水蒸気を搬送路外に放出することを特徴とする記
録装置。
(1) a heat fixing device that fixes an unfixed image on a recording material; a first guide means that guides the recording material that has passed through the heat fixing device to the outside of the apparatus; a second guide means for conveying the heated recording material along a conveyance path that is inside the apparatus and close to the outer wall of the apparatus, and the second guide means conveys the heated recording material to a predetermined area of the conveyance path where heat is radiated. A recording device characterized in that it has a plurality of openings through which the atmosphere outside the device flows, and air-cools a recording material and releases generated water vapor to the outside of a conveyance path.
