[Prior art] For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-22035 filed by the present applicant
As already proposed by the invention No. 8, a method for manufacturing a sealed food container uses a blank in which two pairs of circumferential wall pieces, which form the body of the container, are connected to each other at the periphery of a bottom plate, and these blanks are connected to both sides. Assemble the wall pieces into a container shape by abutting each end edge against each other, store and fix the assembled blank in an injection mold, and inject molten polyolefin resin into the cavity of the mold, A method is known in which a container body is formed using the polyolefin resin injected into the inner surface of an assembled blank, and at the same time, the abutted edges of the container body are sealed with the polyolefin resin. Therefore, the blank used in this known method has a polyolefin resin film containing 8 to 65% by weight of inorganic fine powder as an outer layer on one side of the gas barrier layer, and an adhesive resin layer as an inner layer on the other side. It is formed from a composite sheet.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] - In the conventional manufacturing method, the edges of the assembled blanks overlap! If the assembled blanks are only butted against each other in the injection molding mold, a fixing means such as vacuuming or static electricity is required to hold the assembled blanks in a container shape, which is a manufacturing problem. In addition, in the manufactured final product, the joint between the butted edges of the fuselage is formed only from the injected polyolefin resin, so there is a problem that the joint cannot effectively maintain gas barrier properties. .

Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to create a composite film in which a polyolefin resin film containing 8 to 65% by weight of inorganic fine powder is laminated as an outer layer on one side of a gas barrier layer, and an adhesive resin layer is laminated as an inner layer on the other side. Using a blank in which a peripheral wall piece made of the same material as the bottom plate is connected to the periphery of a sheet bottom plate, this blank is assembled into a container shape and placed in an injection mold, and then molten polyolefin is poured into the cavity. In a method for producing a container for food sealing in which a container body is formed on the inner surface of the container-shaped blank by injection injection of a resin, the blanks are adjacent to each other in the step of forming the blank into a container shape. This is achieved by a method of manufacturing a food sealing container in which the respective end edge portions of the peripheral wall pieces are superposed and bonded to each other.

.. 4. The respective end edges 4-, a, and 4b of 4' and 4' are overlapped and adhered (welded) to each other to form a container-shaped blank 2' as shown in FIG. This container-shaped blank 2' is housed in a female mold of an injection mold so that the polyolefin resin film layer is in contact with the female mold. Next, after fitting the male mold to the female mold, molten polyolefin resin is injected into the cavity, and then the mold is cooled and opened to form the injected polyolefin resin 6 as shown in FIG. A container in which the inner surface (adhesive resin layer C) side of the container-shaped blank 2 is coated is manufactured by this method. In this case, the injected polyolefin resin 6
As the material, a rigid and inexpensive resin such as polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, or polystyrene is used, and the thickness of the coating layer is 1.0 to 5 mm.

Effects of the Invention) The present invention is as described above, and there is no fear that the bonded portion of the blank will be torn off by external force, and the blank has a structure in which the adjacent end edge portions of the peripheral wall pieces that form the body are overlapped with each other. Since the blank is glued together, formed into a container shape, and placed in an injection mold, the blank retains its shape perfectly, and there is no need for any means of fixing the blank in the mold. There is a manufacturing advantage that can simplify the work by just that.
Moreover, the manufactured container has a seven-layer structure at the body joint, has excellent gas barrier properties, and can effectively hold food.
