[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board that can reproduce the texture of natural wood, and involves applying a transparent resin film to the uneven surface of a mold that has been formed with an uneven pattern of natural wood. A method was adopted in which the coloring material was applied only to the convex portions of the uneven surface, and this was then pressed onto the material on which the colored pattern of natural wood had been formed and a curable resin liquid had been applied. This is intended to simplify the manufacturing process.

Although this manufacturing method has the characteristic of being able to express richly minute color patterns and three-dimensional patterns on the surface of natural wood, and being able to reproduce the texture of natural wood well, it requires a large number of steps and is expensive to manufacture. There was a problem that it was bulky. for example,
In order to make the colorant adhere only to the concave portions on the surface of the cured resin, first apply the colorant to the entire uneven surface, and then use a squeegee or wiping machine to adhere the colorant to the convex portions before drying and solidifying the colorant. The colored material must be removed.

As explained above, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention involves forming a transparent resin film on the uneven surface of a mold in which an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of natural wood, and applying a coloring agent only to the convex portions of this transparent resin film. This creates a colored pattern on the surface of the natural wood.
It is pressed onto a material coated with a curable resin liquid. Therefore, according to this manufacturing method, a decorative board having a polished texture and texture similar to that of natural wood can be obtained, and the number of manufacturing steps is reduced compared to the conventional method, leading to a reduction in manufacturing costs. Further, since it is possible to use a sheet-like thin material for the base plate, the scope of application of this manufacturing method can be expanded.
