【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は剪断加工すべき板材を押圧固定するこ
とにより、剪断時における板材の移動を防止する
ようにした剪断機の板押え装置に関するものであ
る。従来、剪断機の油圧式板押え装置において
は、ピストンの下部にウレタン製等の当て物を設
け、シリンダ内に圧油を送り込むことによつてピ
ストンを作動させて板材を押圧固定するものであ
るが、一般に板押え装置1個のピストンによる板
押え力は200Kg以上もあるため、板押え時に非常
に大きい音が発生するという欠点があつた。これ
に対し例えばU.S.P.3345897号公報には、ワーク
の表面を損傷せず騒音の発生をも解消した剪断機
などの板押え手段が開示されている。その内の第
1実施例は、左右の油圧モータの間に設けたステ
イフナプレート(本願前板に相当)の下端面に、
可撓性物質の中空チユーブが設けてあつて、これ
にエアーを充満したり放出たりして外径寸法を変
えることでワークをテーブル上に固定・解放する
ものである。

ツク部31の下向き内面が凹面状に形成されると
ともに、外周端に下向き立ち上り部分を備え、こ
の下向き立ち上り部に被剪断材35を下刃台3上
に押圧固定する下面が下向き凸面状の当て物37
が嵌装され、該当て物37とブロツク31との間
の空気がブロツク31の天井を貫いて外気に連通
するエアー穴33がピストンロツド27の周囲に
設けてあり、更に前記当て物37の下面に環状の
V溝を設けて、当て物37が被剪断材35をテー
ブル1上に固定するに当たつて中央部が凹み易く
工夫してある。
