低下し、カツターは流れの方向に流体から力を受
ける。すなわち、カツターの回転にロスが発生し
てその回転数が上がらず、その結果、切削性能が
上がらないばかりか、無駄な電力の消費の原因と
もなつていた。

発明の構成 上記目的を達成するために本発明の調理機用カ
ツターは、カツター切れ刃の後部に、刃先すくい
面と逆方向に傾斜を設け、この傾斜角aをカツタ
ーの回転中心部より外側に向けて徐々に小さくし
たもので、この構成によれば、カツターの強度を
ほとんど低下させることなく、切れ刃の後部に生
じる渦流を減少させ、かつカツター回転のロスを
低減させることができるもので、すなわち、カツ
ターの回転数が上がり、切削性能が向上するとと
もに、消費電力も低減するものである。

れたコツプで、このコツプ18の上端開口部はコ
ツプ蓋19で閉塞している。20はカツター軸1
6に固着され、かつ電動機12により回転するカ
ツターである。

また、周速度が大きく、後流抵抗が一番大きくな
るカツター20の外側に向かつて傾斜角aを徐々
に小さくしたため、より後流に渦が発生しにくく
なる。この場合、中心部付近では、傾斜角aが大
きくなり、適度に渦が発生し、かつ回転ロスは少
なく撹拌効果も出る。そしてまた強度的にみる
と、中心部の方が外側より曲げモーメントが大で
あるため、断面積も大きい方がよいが、この場
合、傾斜角がa1<a2となつているため、平等強さ
の梁に近い形となつている。実施例では、直線の
傾斜としているが、曲線でも効果は同じである。
