第１図はこの考案の一実施例による遊星ギヤ内
蔵型スタータの断面図、第２図は従来装置の断面
図である。 図において、１３，２０はスプライン、３８は
遊星歯車、４０はシヤフト、４２は前部機枠、４
５は内歯々車、４６は磁石式直流電動機、５０は
アマチユアシヤフト、６１は太陽歯車、６２はク
ラツチアウター、６４はクラツチインナー、６８
はピニオン移動筒、７２はピニオン移送用レバー
である。尚、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。
蔵型スタータの断面図、第２図は従来装置の断面
図である。 図において、１３，２０はスプライン、３８は
遊星歯車、４０はシヤフト、４２は前部機枠、４
５は内歯々車、４６は磁石式直流電動機、５０は
アマチユアシヤフト、６１は太陽歯車、６２はク
ラツチアウター、６４はクラツチインナー、６８
はピニオン移動筒、７２はピニオン移送用レバー
である。尚、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分
を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転力を発生する原動モータとエンジンリ
ングギヤを駆動するピニオン移動筒が前後摺動可
能にスプライン嵌合されるピニオン軸との間に遊
星歯車減速装置を有した遊星ギヤ内蔵型スタータ
において、ピニオン軸の端部にオーバランニング
クラツチを介装し、このオーバランニングクラツ
チに遊星歯車減速装置の腕を装着し、ピニオン軸
の軸方向前後を両端支持・軸承する支承部を一体
構成する前部機枠を有し、この前部機枠の後部開
口部に遊星歯車減速装置の内歯歯車を一体構成し
たことを特徴とする遊星ギヤ内蔵型スタータ。 (2) オーバランニングクラツチのクラツチアウ
タで腕機構が構成され、このクラツチアウタの外
周面が前部機枠の内周面に装着された軸受によつ
て軸承されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
