Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled non-polluting safe preparation, by using an inorganic component of municipal sewage sludge available at a low cost, similar inorganic component for granulation, or other industrial waste as an inorganic component, treating the component at a high temperature to obtain a granular base, and impregnating or coating the granular base with a compound active in control of noxious life. CONSTITUTION:The inorganic component of sewage sludge and/or similar inorganic component for granulation is calcined at a high temperature (980-1150 deg.C) preferably with a multi-stage jet furnace, etc., and the resultant granular base is incorporated with a compound active to control the noxious life in an amount of preferably 1.0-10wt% to obtain the objective granular pesticide. The incorporation is carried out by impregnating the controlling agent to the base as it is (in the case of a liquid compound) or as a mixture with an organic solvent and/or a surfactant, or by coating the base with a mixture of the controlling compound and water or an organic solvent and a sizing agent and/or a surfactant. EFFECT:The product has excellent physico-chemical properties, and is applicable safely without causing problems of environmental pollution.

Today, pesticides, along with fertilizers, have become one of the essential agricultural production materials for the stable supply of agricultural products. However, with its widespread use, while it contributes to increased production of agricultural products, it is also likely to cause problems of environmental pollution and safety during use.

Further, from the viewpoint of environmental pollution, it is preferable that the amount of pesticide applied be small, but on the other hand, pesticides that are effective when applied in small amounts generally have the disadvantage of being highly toxic to humans and livestock.

As a result of extensive research in order to solve the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have surprisingly discovered that traps, urban sewage sludge inorganic components provided at low cost, similar inorganic components for granulation, and other industrial wastes have been found. When a granular base obtained by using inorganic ingredients and high-temperature treatment is impregnated and/or coated with a pest control active compound, it is possible to control pests extremely effectively and reduce environmental pollution. A friend who discovered that the problems and safety issues when using pesticides can also be solved.

As a result, the present inventors, for the first time in the field of good drug formulations, have found that by using sewage sludge as a raw material and nine granular base materials, it is possible to use agricultural chemicals easily, safely, and effectively. I discovered that. In addition, a new agricultural chemical granular formulation in which a granular base material produced by firing in a multi-stage jet furnace is impregnated and/or coated with a pest control active compound is significantly superior to conventional agricultural chemical granular formulations using a granular base material as a carrier. It has been discovered that it has excellent physical and chemical properties, is simple to use, safe for humans and animals, and has excellent biological activity against harmful organisms, and the present invention completed.

The novel agrochemical granular formulation of the present invention, that is, the agrochemical granular formulation in which the nine granular base materials described above are impregnated and/or coated with a pest control active compound, has various excellent physical properties as described below. For example, (1) the active substance is stable due to its low equilibrium water content, and (2) it has a moderate oil absorption ability when manufactured using this granular base material, so it can be used as a pesticide granule using the impregnation method. (3) The granular preparation is physically and chemically stable for a long period of time and can withstand long-term storage; (4) The granular preparation is hard, so it can be easily manufactured and There is no grinding during transportation; (5) there is no generation of fine powder due to grinding of the granular preparation, so there is no dusting during application (sprinkling), and the amount of pesticide exposure for applicators can be reduced; (
6) Since the granular preparation does not disintegrate in water and releases the active substance slowly, the biologically active effect is sustained, and in the case of manual spraying, the amount of radiation exposure due to percutaneous absorption of the sprayer can be reduced. (7) It has been found that it has excellent biological activity against harmful organisms, and is extremely superior to conventional granular pesticide preparations made using other base materials.

The granular base material can include, for example, three types of products that differ depending on their manufacturing method: granular base material (A), granular base material Q3), and granular base material (C). To briefly describe the manufacturing method, for example, in the case of a granular base material manufactured using municipal sewage sludge, the granular base material (slazilite) is produced by incinerating the dehydrated cake of the sewage sludge in step (1); The incineration ash is finely pulverized, 1) water and an organic waste liquid, which is the next binder that gives viscosity, such as alcoholic fermentation waste liquid, are added, humidified and kneaded, then 1) granulated, 2) dried, 2) processed at high temperature, preferably , Ri♂OO~//! The granular base material (B) is produced by firing in a multi-stage jet furnace at a temperature of 0°C, followed by air cooling.
), steps (1) and (2) are omitted and modified. The dehydrated cake of sewage sludge and a part of the dehydrated cake that has been completely dried and pulverized are kneaded, and (1) granulation is performed. , produced according to steps (1), (2) and (2) above in step (I). In this case, the mixing ratio of the dehydrated cake and its dried and pulverized product is such that the moisture content of the mixture is approximately 20 to 3! For example, the ratio of a mixture of a dehydrated cake and its dried and pulverized product may be /:3.

As mentioned above, the novel agrochemical granular formulation of the present invention is superior to conventional agrochemical granular formulations without the following drawbacks. In other words, ■In the case of granules made by the conventional kneading granulation method,
It may be crushed during transportation and cause dust, such as when the bag is opened or sprayed by workers who wash their hands, or workers may inhale it, or there may be problems with scattering (drift) during spraying. . In addition, (1) crushed granules have the same problem as the kneading granulation method (2) because the grain base material has corners and the particles are crushed during preparation and transportation of the preparation. Therefore, in order to improve the above-mentioned problems in granular pesticide preparations, steps such as hardening and coating the granular pesticide preparations with polymers may be added, but this increases the number of steps and increases the cost of raw materials. There is a problem that the cost increases due to the addition of

The above impregnation method will be specifically explained below. That is, a predetermined amount t of granular base material is placed in a mixer, and a predetermined amount of a stock solution containing a predetermined amount of a pest control active compound prepared in advance is dropped into a mixer while stirring (warming if necessary) little by little. . After the dropwise addition is completed, the entire particulate composition is sufficiently stirred (if necessary, under heating conditions) to be uniformly impregnated to obtain the desired agricultural chemical granular preparation. The stock solution used at this time is developed as follows.

Further, the present invention provides a process in which sewage sludge inorganic components, industrial waste inorganic components are included, and/or similar inorganic components for granulation are calcined in a multi-stage jet furnace at a high temperature, preferably at a temperature of g00 to //j0°C. The resulting granular base material is impregnated with the pest control active compound, either as is if it is liquid, or by adding an organic solvent and/or surfactant, or if it is crystalline, it is impregnated with the pest control active compound. Alternatively, the present invention also provides a method for preparing a new agrochemical granular preparation by adding and impregnating a surfactant, or coating a pest control active compound with a mixture of water or an organic solvent, a thickening agent, and/or a surfactant gold.
