Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 鋳造金属製弁箱と、該弁箱内に形成された流体通路
    と、該通路を開放して流体を通す開放位置から該通路を
    閉鎖して流体を遮断する閉鎖位置まで運動できるように
    上記弁箱内に設けられた鋳造金属製弁閉鎖部材と、上記
    通路内の弁箱に設けられた第１接触面及び弁閉鎖部材の
    閉鎖位置で該第１接触面と接触して封止を形成するよう
    に弁閉鎖部材に設けられた第２接触面と、該第１接触面
    及び第２接触面の一方に設けられた弾性部材と、約０．
    ００５インチ（０．１２７順）ないし０．０２インチ（
    ０．５ｍｍ）のほぼ均一な厚さの被覆層として上記第１
    接触面又は第２接触面の他方に付着されかつ重量百分率
    で少くとも１８％のクロムと少なくとも６８．５％のニ
    ッケルとを含むと共に摩耗及び腐食に対する抵抗性を有
    する強靭で滑らかな非多孔性被覆となる粉末金属組成物
    とで構成されることを特徴とする弁。 ２ 上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、重量
    百分率で粉末金属組成物に含まれるクロムは１８ないし
    ２２．５％でありかつニッケルは６８．５ないし“７２
    ．５％である弁。 ３ 上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項にお
    いて、粉末金属組成物は、クロムとニツゲルの他に重量
    百分率で０．２５％の炭素、２．５％のマンガン、１．
    ５％のケイ素、及び１％の鉄ヲ含む弁。 ４ 上記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１、第２及び第３項
    のいずれかに′おいて、粉末金属組成物は、−４５μな
    いし＋ｉμの粒径を有する合金粉末の溶射で得られる弁
    。
