Traditionally, processed top boards have been made by bonding thermosetting resin decorative boards such as melamine resin, diallyl phthalate resin, or unsaturated polyester resin to wood core materials such as particle board and plywood using rubber-based or vinyl acetate-based adhesives. For example, there are many office desks, dining tables, etc., and it goes without saying that the surfaces of their top plates are smooth and flat.

As a general countermeasure, there are ways to fix the keyboard by drilling holes in the parts corresponding to the legs of the keyboard or attaching cups, but these methods are limited to a limited number of models and cause many problems such as damaging the appearance of the work desk top. There is a problem.

The present invention is characterized in that a recess that corresponds approximately to office equipment such as a keyboard is formed on the surface of the work desk top plate by drawing processing to accommodate the office equipment. It is not necessary to install a hood, does not damage the appearance, and has a novel design. Moreover, since the entire office equipment is stored, there is no need to decide the position of the legs (an advantage is that there are no restrictions on the model).

10,000, drawing process of decorative board As a manufacturing method for a top plate, a core material with a concave portion of the desired shape is used as a female mold, a thermosetting resin decorative board is placed on this, the decorative board is heated, and then immediately A method of adhering the decorative board and the core material at the same time as molding the decorative board by pressing the decorative board and the core material using a male type bat that roughly corresponds to the concave shape of the core material or a type of bat that has a curing property, or a vacuum forming press. There is a method of crimping depending on the machine. In either case, a core material with a drawing-shaped recess is required, and the precision of the core material and the smoothness of the surface of the core material are important points that directly affect the finish during drawing processing.

Conventionally, as a manufacturing method for the core material, there is a method in which the planar part of the base material shown in Fig. 2 (A) is cut out into a drawn shape to form a concave part, but when plywood or particle board is used as the base material, the cut out surface However, since the composition of the core is rough, the appearance after drawing becomes poor, and there are also disadvantages in processing, such as a large amount of cutting, a long processing time, and more wear and tear on the blade. Since a flat plate is carved out, there is a drawback that the balance of the base material is lost and warping occurs.

10,000, as shown in (a) and (b) of Fig. 3, a plurality of plate-like materials 3, such as fiberboard, which are cut and have a good cutting finish, are placed on a base material 4 that has the thickness of the drawing surface of the member. There is a method of manufacturing a core material for drawing by adhering them side by side to form a concave part of the drawn part, and then forming a curved surface from the convex part to the concave part. Affected by variations in the thickness of the plate-shaped object 3.

In the manufacturing method of the present invention, a plate-like material such as particle board, plywood, fiberboard, etc. having a thickness corresponding to the drawing depth is cut out with a woodworking machine such as an NC router in an arbitrary planar shape corresponding to the drawing recess, and the cutout end is cut out. By chamfering the parts, a plate-like product shown in FIG. 4(a) is obtained. Next, the base material 4 corresponding to the thickness of the drawing recess of the product and the plate-like material 6 are attached to obtain a core material for drawing processing. Here, as the material of the base material, particle board, plywood, fiberboard, synthetic resin board, inorganic board, etc. can be used. Adhesives used for adhesion include synthetic rubber adhesives, thermoplastic resin adhesives such as vinyl acetate and polyethylene, and thermosetting resin adhesives such as urea, phenol, melamine and epoxy. It is not limited.

Next, the core material and the decorative board 1 are pasted together and drawn. The core material is used as a female mold, and a thermosetting resin decorative board such as melamine resin, diallyl phthalate resin, or unsaturated polyester resin is placed on this to form the decorative board. After heating, immediately press the decorative laminate to the core material using a male type or batt having a circular bending surface that roughly corresponds to the concave portion of the core material and within the drawing limit of the decorative laminate, and press the decorative laminate to the core material. There is a general drawing method in which a synthetic rubber adhesive is applied to the core material in advance and bonding is performed at the same time as drawing, or a method in which the decorative board is pressed onto the core material using a vacuum forming press.

A drawn product having a void between the decorative board and the core material is obtained by the method described above. As a method for filling the void, holes for resin injection and air venting are made in the base material in the state of the core material within a range corresponding to the void. In the drawing process of the present invention, urethane resin liquid, foamed urethane resin liquid, or epoxy resin liquid is injected and filled through the resin injection hole on the back side of the drawn product, and after the resin liquid is cured, the voids are completely filled. You can get a board.

Next, a synthetic rubber adhesive was applied to the back side of the 0.8ff thick melamine resin decorative board and the surface of the core material, and the solvent was scattered.
A decorative board is placed on the core material, and the surface of the decorative board corresponding to the drawing area is heated to 150"C in the planar shape and the center. Immediately after that, the surface of the decorative board corresponding to the drawing area is heated to 150"C. 3O
After pressing and holding for 2 minutes at a pressure of 51 with a synthetic male die of R, a drawn top plate having a void was obtained. Next, inject the urethane resin liquid through the resin injection hole made in advance on the back side of the drawing top plate, completely fill the void, and let it stand at room temperature.
After leaving it for 2 hours to harden the G-tan resin liquid, I obtained a decorative veneer top plate with excellent appearance quality.
