[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet that can be used as a material for thermoforming such as vacuum forming and pressure forming. When thermoforming a sheet of thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polystyrene or polyolefin, a release agent such as silicone emulsion is applied to the surface of the sheet in advance in order to improve the release of the sheet from the mold and to prevent the resulting molded products from adhering to each other. It is common to apply . However, this pretreatment tends to cause coating spots. Problems are likely to occur due to insufficient drying. Deteriorates the environment around the processing equipment. If a long period of time passes after treatment, the mold release agent will fall off, which tends to reduce the treatment effect or cause spots. During application, it is easy to cause scratches on the sheet surface. There are many drawbacks such as The present invention is a thermoforming material that imparts mold releasability without using the mold release agent coating method, which has many drawbacks, i.e., a polystyrene or polyolefin sheet having a mold release silicone-containing layer laminated by a coextrusion method on its surface. It provides: FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the thermoforming material according to the present invention, in which 1 is a layer containing releasable silicone, and 2 is a resin layer not containing silicone. The latter is made of polystyrene or polyolefin, and its thickness is about 0.05 to 1.0 mm, similar to ordinary thermoforming materials. The silicone-containing layer 1, which is a feature of the thermoforming material according to the present invention, is a thin layer of polystyrene or polyolefin, preferably 70 μm or less, in which a mold-releasing silicone oil is uniformly contained. The silicone content is suitably 0.01 to 2% based on the weight of the base resin of this layer. The base resin may be the same as the resin for the resin layer 2, but other resins may be used as long as there is no risk of interlayer peeling. To produce the thermoforming material according to the present invention, a resin beret for a silicone-containing layer to which silicone is evenly adhered is extruded into a laminated sheet by coextrusion together with a raw material resin for a resin layer that does not contain silicone. If each layer is adhered after extrusion, a stable laminated structure cannot be obtained because of the silicone. The thermoforming material according to the present invention is based on the above-mentioned structure, and maintains the physical properties and moldability inherent to the base resin sheet, while exhibiting excellent mold releasability without unevenness.
Demonstrates stability over a long period of time. Furthermore, since it is an inexpensive product that can be easily and hygienically manufactured using the already established coextrusion method, it will greatly contribute to improving efficiency and quality in thermoforming. . Example Silicone oil (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., KF96)
High-impact polystyrene (manufactured by Idemitsu Petrochemical Co., Ltd., ET-60) with 0.5% adhesion was coextruded with the same polystyrene (without silicone oil) at a temperature of 230℃, with a total thickness of 650μ and a silicone-containing layer thickness of 30μ. Got a sheet. Separately, for comparison, a single polystyrene sheet (650μ thick, using the above polystyrene) was manufactured.
Silicone emulsion (Toray product/SH-
7024 (10 times diluted with water) was applied and dried. These sheets were formed into a pot with a depth of 15 cm using a vacuum forming method. Further, the same molding was performed even after 3 months had passed since the sheet was manufactured. The appearance and mold releasability of the molded product at this time were as follows. 【table】
