Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定台上の姿見ゲージに載置される本体には、
    段差測定用測長ユニツトおよび隙測定用測長ユニ
    ツトを配置し、両測長ユニツトは軸方向に移動可
    能な測定スピンドルをそれぞれ有すると共に、同
    測定スピンドルの変位量を測定しかつそれを電気
    信号にしてマイクロコンピユータの表示部および
    データ処理部などに転送しうるように連繋され、
    段差測定用測長ユニツトの測定スピンドルの先端
    には、前記測定台上に支持された被測定パネルの
    被測定面に当接される段差測定用接触子を設け、
    また隙測定用測長ユニツトの測定スピンドルの先
    端には、前記被測定パネルの被測定端に当接され
    る傾斜面を備えた隙測定用接触子を設けたことを
    特徴とする被測定パネル用測定装置。
