Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 保持すべきワークが密着可能なワーク吸着面
１８に、空気吸入源に連通する空気吸入孔１７を
開設してなるワーク吸着保持装置に於て、該装置
には先端が前記空気吸入孔１７に挿通可能な押出
片２を、吸入孔１７の内側へ向け往復動可能に配
備し、該押出片２を往復駆動部に連繋したことを
特徴とするワーク吸着保持装置。 往復駆動部はバネ２０を具えたエアシリンダ
ー機構であつて、圧縮空気の供給によつて押出片
２を前記バネ２０に抗して押し出し駆動し、バネ
２０の復元力によつて押出片２の先端部を空気吸
入孔１７から抜脱せしめる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載のワーク吸着保持装置。
